GOING DARK
What's Coming Up...
Clavis Tower
Friends and Flocker fans, as you know we are dark this week as we are expanding our website. Due to popular demand we are building an archive of our back issues and adding a subscription form to the website. So this week we're just going to give you a preview of what's to come.

Heads up! In our Reaching High series we'll be featuring Alaska's Denali, the highest peak in North America at 20,310' (6,190.5 meters) and a difficult mountain to climb. We will also be looking at the Museum of the North, a brand-new museum covering the history of Alaska that also includes a large children’s museum.

In the Artist's Corner we'll be featuring Patricia Leighton and Del Geist, great friends and talented artists, perhaps you’ve seen his Clavis Tower in the JCC sculpture garden in Tucson.

For wellness we we'll take a look at Zonulin, a naturally occurring protein in the body that is important for digestion and Choline, an essential nutrient that supports our immune system and digestion and is found in eggs, meat, fish, beans, and nuts.

Coline is naturally found in such things as eggs, meat, fish, beans and nuts it supports our immune system and digestion. It may even help to prevent Alzheimer's disease.

We'll also be introducing you to more up and coming young musicians from the Aspen Music Festival and School.

We're also looking forward to a very special history of the Sari with special guest Neelam Sethi.

And finally, to all my little Flockers and Flockettes, I'm reaching out to the field for suggestions. If their are areas of interest you would like to see in the flock please feel free to contact me by email or private text at 520-808-3699 and make a suggestion.
