ICMS Snapshot Updates

The "Open House Visit Recommended for this Unhoused TBV Holder?" column in the Participant Level Summary of the ICMS Snapshot has been retitled to "Housing Navigation Action Step Needed?"

An indicator link that states "Attend Open House" will still appear in this column, as before, for participants who are identified in CHAMP as searching for housing and eligible for the linked housing opportunity.

An additional indicator link that states "Submit FHSP Application" has been added. This link will appear for participants who are identified in CHAMP as unhoused and matched to an FHSP subsidy, but there is no record of an FHSP application submitted. ICMS Providers are expected to submit FHSP subsidy applications to Brilliant Corners within 14 days after match for project-based vouchers (PBVs), or within 21 days after match for tenant-based vouchers (TBVs). Failure to submit an FHSP application within these timeframes may result in the participant being exited from ICMS by HFH staff to ensure timely voucher utilization.
