We're thrilled to announce the launch of the new HSH Training Resources page on the main HSH website! This centralized resource page provides a unified, convenient location to find training schedules, registration guidance, required coursework, supporting materials, and access to assistance from the HSH Training Team.
The new page covers HSH programs across Permanent Housing, the Office of Diversion and Reentry, Interim Housing, Enriched Residential Care, Outreach and Family Solution Centers.
Users can find information on registering for training through TalentWorks, HSH’s learning management system. TalentWorks also allows users to track completed courses and download certificates. An included User Guide and FAQ, along with a short video tutorial, helps with navigating the system, locating courses, and selecting sessions.
The resource page also features the July–December 2026 Training Catalog, which includes course descriptions, formats, and schedules. HSH offers nearly 45 training sessions each month through in-person, virtual and e-learning formats. Topics include motivational interviewing, documentation, trauma-informed care and other skills that support effective service delivery.
For ICMS, the page organizes training into five categories covering core programs and systems, participant engagement and care coordination, behavioral health and substance use, healthcare and benefits navigation, and safety and specialized populations. It also provides access to supporting field tools for the HSH Documentation Series, including the HFH Risk Stratification Tool, Acuity Index and fillable 5×5 Documentation Tool.
Our goal is to make it easier for providers to find and utilize the learning resources they need in one convenient location. We look forward to your feedback and continually improving this resource!
