A MESSAGE FROM

MARIYANA T. SPYROPOULOS

Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County

January 2026

Dear Partners,

As we enter a new year, I want to extend my sincere appreciation for the collaboration and shared commitment you have shown over the past year. The progress we are making within the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is possible because of partners like you who understand the importance of an accessible, transparent, and accountable justice system.

Working together, we have strengthened the services residents rely on and expanded opportunities for families to navigate the courts with greater clarity and confidence. Your engagement, feedback, and partnership have been essential in helping us better serve communities across Cook County.

In the year ahead, we look forward to deepening our collaboration, advancing technology and service improvements, and continuing to ensure that every resident can engage with the Clerk’s Office in a way that meets their needs.

Thank you for your partnership and your continued dedication to our shared mission. I wish you and your organizations a healthy, successful, and fulfilling New Year.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Chief Judge Charles S. Beach II on his swearing-in last month. It was a privilege to attend and to mark this moment alongside our partners across the Circuit Court of Cook County. We look forward to continuing our shared commitment to access, service and justice for residents.
