A MESSAGE FROM

MARIYANA T. SPYROPOULOS

Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County

October 2025

Happy October!

Mark your calendars for the Second Chance Summit on October 11. This important event focuses on providing individuals with opportunities for renewal and growth. It will feature free legal consultations, help with filing paperwork, one-on-one support, and a job & resource fair. More information can be found below.

October highlights two crucial issues: Breast Cancer Awareness and Domestic Violence Awareness. It highlights the importance of early breast cancer detection, urging screenings and supporting research. Simultaneously, it raises awareness about domestic violence, encouraging prevention and support. Both causes focus on educating the public, advocating for change, and offering hope through unity and compassion.

Thank you for your continued support and engagement. Together, we can make a difference in our community.
