Are you finding it difficult to understand the proper rations of the different foods you need to eat? Are you having a hard time determining which course of action is right for you?
The Full Spectrum Diet
is based on the proponents of color therapy and the holistic principles of eating mindfully, eating to nourish the body and seeing food in a more natural and spiritual way. The Color Energy of Foods
Medical researcher continues to find elements in fruits and vegetables that strengthen our immune systems, impede the development of degenerative diseases like cancer and heart disease, and contribute to good health in many other ways. Maintaining a healthy diet translates into eating more nutrient-dense foods. This means consuming a diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. In fact, the majority of the diet should consist of plant-based food. By eating a variety of natural, full spectrum foods, you obtain the healthiest combination your body can utilize.
Foods are not only classified by their color energy, but are organized by their nutritional effects, taste, temperature and actions of their properties. The color energy of foods also share categories with each other. As colors are not mutually exclusive, some foods share different "color values", properties and common healing affects.
The Full Spectrum Diet is not a quick fix, but rather focuses on gradually developing lifetime habits for the whole person: establishing improved nutrition; encouraging physical activity; and exploring lifestyle changes and alternative behaviors.

Food As Medicine
Food used as a preventative to dis-ease and as an essential part of medicine has been established for over 4000 years by physicians of natural medicine. Food is a major determinant of health that is directly under your control. You cannot always control pollution, hereditary factors, noise, environment, and the social and emotional behaviors of others, but you can certainly choose what and what not to eat.
A nutrient rich diet is at the center of an energetic and long life. As you age, your body metabolizes much fewer calories. Therefore, your diet must reflect these changes. A diet rich in amino acids and antioxidants improves your health, provides higher energy levels, assists in maintaining hormonal balance and therefore, sharpens memory and improves your immune function in order to fight off disease in a more efficient way!
