The G&LR's Newsletter

Introducing The G&LR's Managing Editor:

Jeremy Fox

Dear G&LR Reader,

Let me take this opportunity to welcome Jeremy C. Fox * as The G&LR's Managing Editor as of earlier this year. In that capacity, Jeremy has taken responsibility for the Features section of the magazine, which entails coming up with the Issue Themes and curating the articles to be headlined.

Jeremy has has been on The G&LR masthead as an associate editor, a volunteer position, since 2017, and has been hired on a half-time basis for now. But the plan is for him to assume more of the responsibilities of the overall editor.

For my part as editor, I've been doing this for 32 years, since founding the magazine in 1993, which was then known as The Harvard Gay & Lesbian Review before being renamed The G&LR in 2000. The time has come for me to reduce my editorial role and pass the baton to the next generation. I could not be happier that Jeremy has materialized at this time, and have total confidence in his ability to continue and build upon this magazine's legacy.

Richard
