Funding opportunity: Florida Red Tide Mitigation and Technology Development Initiative
Building upon the ongoing and highly productive Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and Mote Marine Laboratory (Mote) cooperative red tide research and monitoring program, this new applied science Initiative will receive six years of funding from the Florida Legislature.

Research proposals should focus on new and novel ideas or expanding testing of previously researched products and technologies that can assist resource managers with red tide mitigation immediately or in the very near future.
