Experiential Learning Student Scholarship:



UM students participating in a low-paid/unpaid internships, research, study abroad, conferences, or planning a community service project can apply for a scholarship of up to $2,000 to support their experiential learning.

Interested In Becoming A Student Storyteller for DiverseU?


The University of Montana’s 20th Annual Diversity Symposium, DiverseU, will take place November 4-6, 2025. Diversity at The University of Montana is an essential component of academic excellence and DiverseU provides an opportunity to contribute to the diversity efforts at UM. This is a campus-wide series of events focused on topics of diversity and promoting civil discourse. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members discuss, present, perform, and exhibit art throughout the event. The DiverseU experience gives you an even broader platform to share your ideas, research, and art in a flexible format. We are accepting workshop and research presentations, poetry and short story readings, discussion topics, art pieces, lectures, vignettes, dances, and more.

The Advisory Council on Inclusive Access & Success is now accepting grant applications for up to $500 to support and enrich our campus community. ACIAS fosters inclusive prosperity by promoting broad educational access and success. It supports. Applicants must demonstrate how they will make a lasting impact on campus through collaboration with students, faculty and staff



Climate Solutions Week at Caras Park!

Kickoff Climate Solutions Week in Caras Park with the 7th annual ClimateFEST! Featuring dozens of local organizations and businesses, this free, family-friendly event celebrates climate solutions --from renewable energy and electrification, to transportation and education, to art and advocacy. There's something for everyone!


Join Climate Smart Missoula and partners for Missoula's third-annual Climate Solutions Week! Launching with CilmateFEST in Caras Park, there's something for everyone -- with over 20 free events, from workshops and panel discussions, to solar house parties and sustainable fashion. Find your joy and plug in Sept 27 - Oct 5.
