Curious about the program? A great example is Classroom Connection volunteer Rawan Algahtani. She visited three 4th grade classes last year, reaching more than 80 students! After the initial planning meeting with the teachers, they each invited her into their virtual classrooms where she talked about herself, her family, her country, and what school life was like for her in 4th grade. The kids had a lot of questions, and enjoyed figuring out some of the similarities and differences:
