February 19, 2020
THANK YOU!
On Saturday, February 15th the St. Catherine’s community joined other Catholic school families to participate in the annual Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston's Steps 4 Students 5K Run/Walk . Team SCM ran, walked, and snoozed, all in support of SCM’s Tuition Assistance Program. Our team made quite an impact decked out in our signature pink race day tees!

Many thanks to everyone who supported Team SCM for Steps 4 Students 2020, and to those who enjoyed the post-race tradition of attending the Annual Pancake Breakfast ! This year, the breakfast was hosted by our high school students in support of their Humanities and Environmental Science trip to Hawaii.

Click here  to see our Team SCM leaders who placed in the top ten of their race, and here to view a photo gallery from the event.

Remember: There’s still time to help make an impact on St. Catherine’s families! The deadline to make a donation in support of Team SCM and tuition aid is this Friday, February 28 at 7:00 PM.

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Share Your Insights in the Welcome Center
We invite all members of the SCM community to help us clarify the St. Catherine’s story! Now through Friday, February 28th add your ideas to the poster boards in the Welcome Center that ask, “Why you are part of the St. Catherine’s Community?” and “What words you would use to describe St. Catherine’s?”

The goal of this work is to focus on the most important aspects of the St. Catherine’s story that remain true throughout the experience in order to ensure families have a shared sense of purpose. Together, we will work to create a way to include that central story in everything we say and do across our school.
Yearbook Deadline Friday, February 28
Don't miss out on all of the great memories from this school year. Next Friday is your last chance to purchase a 2019-2020 yearbook. Yearbooks will arrive before the end of the school year to give students with the opportunity to share laughs, collect autographs, and reflect together on the year’s happenings.

In May, we will design a Supplement, that includes March through May school activities. The Supplement is mailed home in the summer to all who purchase a yearbook. It is a high-quality, 8-page, full color insert with a sticky tab that can be inserted in the back of the book.

Orders can be placed online at  www.JostensYearbooks.com
