Thank you:

Dear Faith Family,

Thank you for your prayers and support these last three months as I have been on a sabbatical. Along with making significant strides towards completing my doctorate, I’ve worked with an editor to publish the first of a set of read-aloud books entitled Four Friends’ Adventures (the first compilation of short stories, Journeys in the Wilderness, should be going to beta readers in the next few weeks) and spent substantial time resting, reading and reflecting. I am fully aware that this extended time away from the office is something many need and few are given. Your gifting of this to me truly has been a continued expression of the generous Spirit that enlivens our church. Thank you!

I look forward to seeing you on Celebration Sunday, August 25, or around the office beginning August 20.

With hope,
Pastor Shelley
Congratulations !
