A Note from Simón
Finding Joy
As we near the end of another year, we are living through experiences that are having a profound impact on our lives, now and in the future. Later this month, thoughts of family and friends will be most on our mind as we think of celebrations of Thanksgiving where we previously shared time together and broke bread. It is these relationships with friends and family that ground us. The memories we create and share year after year build foundations of emotional and social resilience that sustain us for a lifetime.
And that is what we endeavor to do as the Good Samaritan. We aim to serve our neighbors with those gifts that allow them to build a foundation for their own families so that they can also be sustained. The bond we share, the connections we make, and those we serve make us whole. Thank you for sharing in our journey and in yours and for building community with us. May you have a blessed Thanksgiving.
Best,
