Ten Little Firefighters
October is Fire Prevention Month, so our Pre-K friends took a little break from pumpkins and learned about fire safety. Of course, we made time for some firefighter-inspired crafts!

Dear Goshen families,
 
Just a quick note from me this week to remind you that you should have received an email containing proofs of your child’s school pictures. The message would have come from Picklepuss Photography or an email address ending in photobiz.com. Photographer Mary Parnell has kindly offered to give families until October 30 to place orders online. Prints will be delivered in car line before Thanksgiving.
 
If you do not have an email in your Inbox, please check your Spam and Promotions folders. If you’re still missing an email from Mary, then email me at mimi.ackers@goshenfriends.org.

We’re having lots of fun in Lunch Bunch and have a regular crowd every afternoon! Check out our Extended Care web page and click on your child’s class name to make your reservation!

GREAT NEWS! The Taco Time fundraiser has been so popular that we’ve extended the deadline AGAIN to Thursday, October 22! Click here for the flyer! Please complete the order form and drop it off with Tr. Karen or Tr. Mimi in car line by tomorrow. Kits will be distributed next week on October 27 and 28. 
 
Finally, the GPC is please to spread a little Halloween cheer this year with the gift of a pumpkin for every student! Pick up your pumpkin in car line this week. The GPC invites your little one to decorate the pumpkin! And feel free to share your photos on the GPC Facebook page!

Download the BoxTops app to your phone. Sign in or create an account and register Goshen Friends School as your school. Purchase items that have the Box Top logo at your local grocery store. Then scan your receipts to earn money.
