The Goshen Weekly, February 4, 2019

Today one of our parents visited the Bears classroom to talk about the Lunar New Year and the new Year of the Pig! A Goshen alumna (and older sibling) joined her to tell us about how the different animals gained their place on the lunar calendar. We also learned about Korean culture and how Korea celebrates the new year and got to enjoy a snack of tteok, a delicious sweet sticky rice! Check out more photos on our Facebook page!

Message from the Head of School

Dear Goshen families,

The sun is shining and the snow is melting. That can only mean one thing: mud! It's a good idea to send in an extra pair of boots with your little ones for the playground this week!

We are looking forward to the Valentine's Dance this Friday, February 8, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. It's lots of fun for all ages!

Just a quick reminder that school is closed Friday, February 15, and Monday, February 18.

Have a great week, everyone!

In friendship,
Tr. Mimi
