With Easter just around the corner, we thought it was perfect timing to really highlight the benefits of the Mediterranean style diet . N ow I know Easter is all about chocolate, but if you're getting the family together, planning a more balanced foodie feast could help everyone with healthier food choices! Autumn vegetables like Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and pumpkin all team beautifully with legumes. Check out the recipe section of our website for some delicious and creative options.
