Featured in the 1986 movie Top Gun, the Graves House is a Victorian cottage located in Oceanside, CA. Originally built in 1887 by Dr. Graves as a vacation home, it now serves as a Pie Shop with a Top Gun theme.
After the cottage was moved from its original location, Spectra Company attached the home to its new foundation, restored the exterior facade, including existing doors and windows, recreated the decorative architectural woodwork and the historic chimney (using existing brick), as well as the new porch, stairs, railings, roof and finish coatings.
