Greetings!

The Greatest Deception!

Do we, as Paul states in Romans 1:18, “Hold the truth in unrighteousness?”

If the truth we possess does not make us, our marriages and our families kind, patient, forbearing, heavenly-minded, well-ordered, well-disciplined, compassionate, humble and meek, then we are told “it is a curse to its possessors, and through our influence it is a curse to the world.” DA 310

One of the greatest lessons that those of us professing “Truth” have to learn is that the Word without a “LIVING EXPERIENCE” in our lives is of little value. John 5:39,40

So, is your Christian experience made up of the “Theory of Truth” while your life and those of your spouse and children deny the power thereof? 2 Timothy 3:5 Many of us take for granted that we are Christians, simply because we subscribe to truth and are members of God’s last day church. But if we have not brought the truth into our daily life and the lives of our families, I ask you, what have we? Matthew 7: 21–23 Shouldn’t the truth always bring conformity of heart and life to the truths held???

Isn’t it true that one well-ordered, well-disciplined family tells more in behalf of Christianity then all the sermons that can be preached? Shouldn’t the truth we hold bring forth a “ DEMONSTRATION of the SPIRIT and the POWER?” 1 Corinthians 2:4,5

Christ’s act in cursing the fig tree stands as a warning to all churches and to all professed Christians in all ages. Why did Christ curse the fig tree, which represented the Jewish nation, the chosen people of God? Because Jesus found nothing in it but a mass of pretentious foliage. The tree drew people to itself with the hope of receiving life, but it had no life to give, only pretentious leaves. That “system of religion” stole the place of Christ in the lives of its adherents. Mark 11:12-14,20.

Ask yourself if you’re involved in “THE GREATEST DECEPTION,” which is having a knowledge, a profession to the truth and an allegiance to a church, while your life, your marriage, your family, your words, and your actions are not daily, “GOD GOVERNED?” If not, will you not make the needed corrections before it’s too late?

I love my time in nature, it brings me so much closer to the God that created it. Please enjoy this special place with me.
What is Jesus saying to you?
