The Greatest

Greetings Ministry Partners,

I am ecstatic now as I have focused on the life of Jesus and the theme of love together. My wife and I celebrated 10 years of marriage a few days ago. It is only by God’s grace that we stand to impact the nations. Trials will come, persecution will come, and storms will come, but the Lord has already spoken to each of these situations…peace!

Jesus is the Greatest! He gave the commandment to love one another as I have loved you. What love to be displayed! Lately, God has brought to mind several people that I have helped since He has changed my life. In so many varying situations and environments, there was a representative of God. Love knows no bounds. While the reminders serve as a pick-me-up, the commandment also speaks of service. Jesus actually said that the greatest is the one who serves, who is already humble. As adopted children of God, we should take after the Greatest! Jesus is the Greatest to ever live! Jesus is the Greatest to ever serve! In today’s terms, Jesus is the Greatest to ever do it! Read here the work that is all because of Jesus.

We appreciate you,

A Teacher Training Workshop (TTW) was conducted recently in northern Pakistan. Pray that new classes will start as a result.

Testimony from Pakistan

"Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! I am 21 years old and currently training as a student leader. I am very blessed to learn and develop as a youth leader in Youth Ministry. By the grace of God, I am near the completion of the CCI training and will receive my certificate. The CCI training is very helpful for my ministry preparation. I am growing spiritually, and I have received sound biblical education. I thank God very much for CCI."

UAE

Course 2, Old Testament Survey classes are starting in August. Pray for the teacher as he tries to stay healthy. Also, there is new interest from this congregation so we pray for a good Teacher Training Workshop (TTW) soon.

Bangladesh

Pictured is Pastor S completing the teaching of Course 9, Church History in the north and southeast. They are making great progress! The students are very interested in training others.

These students are on Course 9, Church History. They had two visitors, Von and Emily Kirkus from Alabama. Our family friend and fellow CCI classmate performed a lot of ministry work during their visit. We will always be inspired to see the Church grow by equipping disciples through CCI.

Testimony from Bangladesh

Mr. S started the CCI training while in college in 2022. He wanted to learn and grow spiritually stronger. He is a second-generation believer. His parents are illiterate and cannot read the Bible. Therefore, he prayed to God that he could receive the opportunity to study the Bible through any theology course. He has already finished Book 8. He said, "God has heard my prayer and provided the opportunity to study through CCI. I was blessed and more encouraged by the testimony from Von (a visiting graduate) that touched my heart." Please pray for him and his family members so that they can equip disciples in our country.

India

Nine students graduated in southern India where the National Director challenged them to apply what they have been taught. Also pictured is a new discipleship class that has started in eastern India.

Area Coordinator and the National Director worked together to coordinate a training event in North India centered around CCI’s 5 Best Practices.

Sister R is pictured training a women's class.

We have a dedicated Certified Trainer to lead Northeast India. We look to support him for his service.

Testimony from India

"Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! By the Grace of God, I could join the CCI training and learn more about the Bible and gain spiritual lessons to live a good life that pleases God. Also, I would like to share my testimony and encourage all to join the CCI training. The material is great Bible courses. I thank God and His servants who have been teaching such courses in different countries. I pray for all of you. May God bless you all!"

Nepal

Teacher K is teaching Course 2, Old Testament Survey, in western Nepal.

Praise God that three God’s Financial Principles (GFP) seminars were conducted in west Nepal. Those attending learned practical ways to honor God with their finances. The first GFP had 150 people and the second with 60 people. (The other not pictured also had 60 people.) This is how the Church is built up.

Testimony from Nepal

"I am a CCI graduate from west Nepal. It is so good to have learned God’s Word. I have served as a deacon and house fellowship leader for more than 6 years. I never had any kind of formal or informal Bible training; therefore, I had very little knowledge of the Bible and its teachings. I felt I could not teach as a leader should, and I had very low confidence as well. Just hearing about the training made me excited and happy. I had a deep desire to learn, so I attended the CCI training and completed it after 2 years. I have learned many things. One main highlight for me is how to prepare sermons and preach. My favorite subject is discipleship. I now have full confidence in teaching the Bible. Thank you so much, CCI Nepal, for not only giving me the opportunity to learn the Word of God but also for building my confidence for ministry and service."
