Are you a resident of Bernardston, Charlemont, Colrain, Greenfield, Hawley, Heath, Leyden, Monroe, Northfield, or Rowe? If so, Rep. Paul Mark is your state representative, and the below invitation is for you:

You are invited to a Zoom discussion with Rep. Paul Mark on Tuesday, March 23rd at 4:00 pm, to talk about the Green Futures Act, HD. 1972 (read the fact sheet here).

Sponsored by Rep. William Driscoll, HD.1972 already has 56 co-sponsors. The Green Futures Act addresses climate change by providing funds for green infrastructure, aid to cities and towns, and closes the state’s polluter loophole. Rep. Mark's Green Bank legislation will also be a focus of discussion.
As Rep. Mark is Vice-Chair of the Telecommunications, Utilities, and Energy Committee (TUE), he does not co-sponsor bills that will come before the TUE Committee. This discussion is to learn more about HD.1972.
In addition, the organizers have invited local Sunrise Youth to participate so this is also a chance to meet these climate champions.

If you'd like to attend, please email David Greenberg at for the Zoom link.
