We will miss you Katherine!

We want to take a moment to thank Katherine for her many contributions to Greeneye Partners. Her thoughtfulness, dedication, and steady presence have meant a great deal to our team and our work.

As Katherine prepares to welcome a new baby and begins an exciting new chapter staying home with her growing family, we’re deeply grateful for all she has brought to Greeneye. Her care and commitment have left a lasting mark, and she will always be part of the Greeneye family.

We wish Katherine all the very best as she focuses on this special time with her children. Congratulations, and thank you, Katherine, for everything.

UPDATES

R2v3 Reminder:

Specialty Equipment and the REC

For companies that do not have Appendix D, but sell "specialty" equipment under the 1%, they must list the equipment as an F1 REC category.

F1 - Collectible or Specialty Equipment (Core Requirement 6.(e)(3)(A))

  • Collectibles are rare, vintage, and no longer manufactured or supported by the OEM
  • Specialty equipment are rare and specialized equipment not generally available in retail
  • May have broken or missing parts

If the company conducts minor testing, it should be included in the product description.

If the company has Appendix D and the competency to test the devices, they can list the functionality grade (F3, F4, etc.).

If the company has Appendix D and does not have the competency to test the equipment, then they must get the verification from the previous company (Appendix D (2) (b)), and the equipment must be listed as an F2.

For any additional questions, please contact Emily.

R2v3 AUDITOR FOCUS ON APPENDIX A(6)

SERI is advising R2 Facilities to review their conformance with Appendix A(6), which requires verification that all R2 Controlled Streams are received at the next Downstream Vendor (DSV) facility. This means each transaction must have corresponding evidence of receipt. Auditors will begin looking at this more closely in the coming weeks.
