Adult and Masters Sask Cup

Our 2025 Adult Open and Masters Sask Cup Tournament took place the Weekend of August 15th-17th with 3 Men's Open teams and 2 Men's Masters teams taking part. The open division consisted of Stoughton, ASTRA Soccer Academy, and LAFC with LAFC taking home the Sask Cup!

The Men's Masters division saw reigning Champions YXE FC take on FC Regina in a two game series for the Sask Cup. YXE FC defended their title winning game one 7-2 and game two 2-1.

Year 3 TELUS She Can Coach

Canada Soccer is pleased to announce the launch of Year 3 of TELUS She CAN Coach, welcoming new partnerships with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association and Newfoundland & Labrador Soccer Association, alongside continued collaboration with Manitoba Soccer Association, BC Soccer, and Ontario Soccer.

 

TELUS She CAN Coach is a national coach recruitment, development, and training project designed for women to address the challenges they face regarding soccer participation.

 

As a club-based initiative, TELUS She CAN Coach engages and collaborates with community clubs across participating provinces to strengthen our game, aiming to close the gender gap in participation through increasing the number of women coaches at the Grassroots level. Club Applications Now Open

Applications for Year 3 are open from September 2–30, 2025, and can be accessed through the official program webpage.

 


Eligible applicants include:

      Community clubs in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Newfoundland & Labrador.

      Returning clubs from British Columbia, Manitoba, and Ontario that participated in Year 2.

Optional Information Sessions

Canada Soccer will host two optional, 60-minute drop-in information sessions for community clubs in participating provinces interested in learning more about the program and application process. If you would like to attend, please register for one (1) of the following sessions:

Late Maturation Policy

Reminder: Clubs may permit late maturation within their own league play at their discretion. However, for tournaments outside of an MO's league, approval from the tournament organizer is required before a player may participate in a lower age group.

MAP Grant Follow Up Reports

This is a friendly reminder that MAP Grant Follow-Up Reports are due October 11 at midnight

Adult Outdoor Season Satori Survey

Please be on the lookout for the Satori Outdoor Adult Player Survey, which will be distributed on Wednesday, September 17, 2025



This survey will be sent directly by Satori and is completely anonymous neither your club nor SSA will see individual responses. 

Your participation is a valuable asset both to your club and to your personal development as players. 


The Saskatchewan Soccer EXCEL Program officially kicks off the week of September 22nd. Both the Male and Female programs will feature 25 full-time players each, providing a highly competitive and challenging environment for our athletes. 

Monthly Technical Meeting

As part of our continued effort to strengthen communication between SSA and our member organizations, we will be launching a monthly online technical meeting. These sessions will provide updates on developments within the province and from Canada Soccer, while also creating space to listen to your questions and perspectives.

The 2025/26 Indoor season is live on RAMP. REMINDER: The seasons will not be active until the Member Organization activates it under the Season settings.
