The 2025 SSA Recognition Awards nomination deadline has been extended to January 24th.

Is there someone in your soccer community who consistently goes above and beyond, whether on or off the field? It's time to start nominating those players, teams, coaches, referees, and volunteers who exemplify the values of our sport and community. 

You have the opportunity to submit your candidates for these prestigious awards. Award nominees and winners will be celebrated during the recognition celebration on March 22nd, 2025.

Member Organizations that complete nominations will be eligible to receive a $100.00 bonus within the Member Assistance Program Grant – Population Based Funding.

Outdoor 2025 RAMP Season – Opened December 1  

RAMP Registration for the Outdoor 2025 Season and 2025 Referee Season opened December 1st.

2025 SSA Membership Renewal

Each Member must renew to be eligible to vote at the AGM, be in good standing, and be eligible for MAP Grant Funding.

The Strategic Plan emphasizes reward-based member recognition; Members will be rewarded through MAP Grant Funding for (jointly) renewing their membership on time and attending the SSA Annual General Meeting.  

The renewal form is now available here. 

Regular Member Organizations (register players): $75.00  

Association Member Organizations (do not register players): $50.00 

Deadline: March 15th, 2025

Travel Permits 

It’s a busy time for travel permits!!! To help turn around time, please remember the following.

All permits must be signed off by a member organization contact, and all those listed on the travel roster (players, coaches, and team personnel) must be registered on RAMP. Team Personnel must have updated Criminal Record Checks-VSS uploaded to RAMP, and please ensure team personnel have completed the required training before sending for approval.
