The 2026 Prairie Soccer League season came to an exciting conclusion July 24-25 at Mosaic Stadium in Regina, with four outstanding championship matches showcasing the best youth soccer Saskatchewan has to offer.
On Friday evening, Alliance Blue captured the U15 Boys title with a 5-0 victory over Forge FC. Congratulations to Forge FC on an outstanding season and their first-ever appearance in the PSL Final.
The U15 Girls Final was a tightly contested affair, with the FCR Bluestars edging Saskatoon Alliance Black 1-0. A stellar performance from FCR goalkeeper Shaylee Bedell proved to be the difference as the Bluestars claimed the provincial championship.
Saturday's U17 Boys Final featured another thrilling matchup between Alliance Blue and QC United. QC appeared to take the lead in the first half, but the goal was ruled offside. Alliance Blue capitalized on a second-half free kick, with the lone goal of the match standing as they earned a hard-fought 1-0 victory.
The U17 Girls Final saw the FCR Bluestars race out to an early 3-0 lead over Saskatoon Alliance Black. Saskatoon Alliance showed tremendous determination, battling back to make it 3-2, but the Bluestars held on to secure the championship.
Congratulations to all four champions:
🏆 U15 Boys – Alliance Blue
🏆 U15 Girls – FCR Bluestars

The journey continues this October as our provincial champions represent Saskatchewan on the national stage. The U15 champions will compete at the Canada Soccer U15 Cup in Surrey, British Columbia, while the U17 champions will travel to St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, for the Canada Soccer U17 Cup, with both competitions taking place October 7-12.
