Journee Phillips, a Southeast San Antonio native, was the first player to sign with the University's inaugural men’s basketball team. Spring Semester Parking Permits Available
Permits can be purchased online through the Jaguar FlexPort. Please be prepared to provide a mailing address for your permit; the make, model, and license plate of your vehicle; and a credit or debit card for payment at the time of purchase.
