$291,400 Raised For Scholarships at Dream Maker Celebration


The Dream Maker Scholarship campaign surpassed previous records with a 20% increase from 2022. This annual fundraising initiative has helped the University award over $2 million in scholarships. Read more.

New Record in Philanthropy Achievements


The University experienced a 36% increase in giving from last year. Over the past two years, A&M-San Antonio has had a surge in philanthropy, with annual giving reaching a record-breaking total of $6,615,797 for fiscal year 2023. Read more.

University Recognized for Military Excellence During Prestigious Symposium


A&M-San Antonio hosted the 15th Annual Military-Affiliated Student Symposium, which focused on the application-to-vocation support of military-affiliated students. More than 30 institutions were represented at the event, including all 11 Texas A&M System universities. During the symposium, the University received the 2023 Veteran Education Excellent Recognition (VEER) Gold Award. Read more.

Athletic Director Inducted Into Honorary Commanders Program


Darnell Smith has been inducted into the Joint Base San Antonio's Honorary Commanders Program. The program exposes community leaders to the missions of the 433rd Airlift Wing, an Air Force Reserve unit stationed in San Antonio. Read more.

El Espejo Wins Eight National Awards


El Espejo Magazine won eight national awards at the Associated Collegiate Press and College Media Association's annual journalism conference, held in Atlanta.
