A Note From Tommy

Congratulations on a successful Thanksgiving week effort! From our meals-to-go, to expanded hours (for some) to serving guests on the actual holiday itself, our team worked hard and well! We made memories for thousands of families. We showed what teamwork can do.

Up next, Christmas then New Year’s Eve. I know this season requires a lot of us, but it’s an honor to know our guests trust us with their most important holiday gatherings. Thank you for serving them with your very best. My entire family and I are grateful for each one of you.

This season is known for Holiday Cheer, but for our team, it’s an incredibly busy time with a lot of responsibility. Please pause to check on your co-workers. Be mindful that for some, the holidays can personally be a tough time. A friendly word of encouragement or just a listening ear can go a long way.

Company-wide, our team has achieved great results this year. We’ve worked hard and well. We’ve grown and overcome hurdles. We’ve gotten better – TOGETHER. Let’s finish this year strong with gratitude and pride for an exceptional 2023.

Aaron McConnell joined Hall Management Group in April 2021 as a Facilities Manager. He prides himself on "doing the right thing". When he is not stuck in a grease pit or behind a stove, you can find him enjoying Charleston with his wife, Christen. Together, they love to do home remodeling projects, explore all of the historical sites around Charleston, or spend time with their daughter, McKenna.
