A Note From Tommy

Team,

Happy Fourth of July! We have so much to be thankful for, including our freedom.

This month, we are investing $2.2 million in a major renovation project at our Greenville restaurant. As of July 2, Halls Chophouse in Greenville will temporarily close for the work to begin. We are completely upgrading our kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment and installing new carpet, lighting fixtures and booths in our dining room to better reflect the Halls Chophouse signature look and color scheme. Similar to how we handled the pandemic, we plan to fully pay our Greenville team members during the temporary closure. After all, it’s our dedicated colleagues who make our dining experiences so memorable.

As for the extra food we may have on site, we plan to donate a portion to the Harvest Hope Food Bank. Harvest Hope is the largest food bank in South Carolina providing more than 20 million meals on average to neighbors in need across 20 counties in the Upstate, Midlands and Pee Dee. We expect restaurant renovations to last three weeks and then we will welcome everyone back to a beautiful upgraded venue!

Guest Experience

Loretta, Summerville, SC

"We came in for lunch to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. Veronica gave us fantastic service. She made sure we were able to order from the lunch menu and even served us champagne, which was unexpected and special. Our experience was memorable and exceptional because of Veronica and the staff."

Pet of the Month

Leto

Owner: Mikayla Glover,

Halls Columbia

Leto is a sweet but sassy free-roaming rabbit who is potty trained and responds when called, especially when he hears the word “treat”! He loves greens and even has his own herb garden! Leto is very smart, always eager to play with toys, and not afraid to explore his surroundings. One fun fact about Leto is that he snuggles with Mikayla every night in bed before sleeping underneath, and doubles as an alarm clock in the morning!
