For the last 10 yrs Ben is one of the eight founding partner's at Keller Williams Devon-Wayne overseeing a large residential and commercial real estate brokerage practice which successfully closed 1,148 transactions in 2021 and averages $400,000 million per year in sales. For the last 8 yrs his team, Hardy Real Estate Group , comprised of 6 agents & 1 operations staff, has grown in transactions and volume closing over 100 transactions and over 50 million in sales in 2021. Ben, his wife and their 4 children currently reside in Berwyn.

Funny story: I was showing a house in Abington (it was a longer drive) and as we were leaving my client said, "hey just a heads up my son used the bathroom and it wouldn't flush." The house was vacant so the water wasn't turned on; so that would be why. So I had to call the agent to let them know...what's the saying, "if it's yellow let it mellow"? haha

Homeowner equity continues to rise
- Between the third quarter of 2020 and the third quarter of 2021, the average home equity gained in the U.S. was $57,000.
- From the second to third quarter in 2021, the amount of homes with negative equity fell by 5.7%.
- “Not only have equity gains helped homeowners more seamlessly transition out of forbearance and avoid a distressed sale,” said CoreLogic President and CEO Frank Martell, “but they've also enabled many to continue building their wealth".
