Thanksgiving Day
Almighty and gracious Father, we give you thanks for the fruits of the earth in their season and for the labors of those who harvest them.  Make us, we pray, faithful stewards of your great bounty, for the provision of our necessities and the relief of all who are in need, to the glory of your Name; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Mission: Joy Available FREE for Faith Communities
Two of the world’s most revered spiritual leaders are uniting one last time to share spiritual wisdom and cutting edge neuroscience that show us exactly how we can each access more joy, no matter our circumstances. And just in time, during these dark and divided days.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu share their wisdom (and humor) through a laugh-out-loud funny documentary film called Mission: JOY, Finding Happiness in Troubled Times, that is inspired by their international bestseller, The Book of Joy. The film production team includes multiple Academy Award winners and Emmy winners, and is predicted, like the book, to be "the antidote to the times" (Boston Globe). It premiered at Tribeca, and has been featured in 34 film festivals and counting.

The film is offered FREE OF CHARGE to faith communities and other groups in order to help further the Archbishop's and His Holiness's goal of making the film and its messages available to as many people around the world as possible, without regard to ability to pay. To host a screening for your congregation, simply sign up HERE (it takes 3 minutes) or email.
