My wife was away on retreat in Denver and my son and I spent a few days together.
It has been fun seeing his maturity, his handling his own social calendar, making mistakes (not realizing that the bus in town that he needed to get home on stopped running earlier than he thought and not checking), getting his homework done without my nagging . . . you get the idea.
It has been a fun few days for us both but for different reasons
