History Through Art Submission 2020 - Gertrude Smith
We have made it to fall! While 2020 for many of us has felt like the year that never ends, I am encouraged that things are getting better in the tourism community and our rebound is getting closer every day. In the spirit of growth, I am so excited to let you in on the big news that BNHA has been approved to expand its State heritage area boundary. This means that many more neighborhoods will now have the opportunity to be served by BNHA. Please scroll down for the list of new neighborhoods that we cannot wait to work with!

I see your pictures of Baltimore every day on social media and now is the time to submit those photos for our It's A SNAP 2020 photo contest. The submission timeline is wrapping up at the end of the month and we want you to be part of the official story of Baltimore. Not only can you win prizes, but your work will also be featured in promotional pieces to support the heritage area.

Many of our cultural institutions have gift shops that are not seeing the traffic they normally see as we get closer to the holiday season. Let us help you with traffic to your online stores and exposure for your hottest Baltimore themed product. BNHA is hosting an online Holiday Bazaar 2020. All you have to do is provide an image, description and price for your star product and we will list it in our online bazaar and push it out on our channels. Our followers are all looking to sample Baltimore and your gift item may be just what they are looking for! Don't worry we will handle fulfillment for you if needed.

BNHA is busy trying to improve and expand the services that we provide to our partners. Please take advantage of what we have to offer and pass this email on to others who may benefit as well. We are all in this together and if we all collectively do our part things will definitely improve for our industry. Change only comes through engagement - make sure you are politically engaged on November 3rd.

BNHA Donated Water to Squeegee Youth this Summer

You may have seen our BNHA water bottles this summer at some of the most popular intersections in the city.

BNHA in its continued effort to support the youth of Baltimore donated cases of BNHA branded water to squeegee youth to sell. This donation allowed them to offer another service to their customers and boost their entrepreneurial bottom lines while also familiarizing them with the heritage area and their special connection to the story of Baltimore.
