The most accurate and sensitive progenitor cell assay. Designed as a replacement for the CFU assay. Measures cell viability and proliferation of hematopoietic cells using a bioluminescence readout. An optional ATP standardization and calibration kit is available for this kit.

HemoFLUOR™ PCA

The fluorescence alternative to HemoGLO™ PCA using a Resazurin fluorescence readout. This live-cell viability and proliferation progenitor cell assay is also a replacement to the CFU assay and can be directly combined with flow cytometry to obtain differentiation characteristics of the cells.
