Support the Village this Spring
Holden Village is excited to announce the opening of its new online store.
The Village might be closed, but you can still show your love for Holden by sporting some stylish apparel. Coming soon, you’ll also be able to browse the online bookstore, with literature that's in tune with Holden's mission. Selections feature titles that inspire, entertain, and teach – some written by Holden summer faculty!
Shopping with us online is a great way to support the village. Please note that delivery may take several weeks while we transport inventory between the Village and downlake.

Jubilee Auction Countdown
We are less than one week away from Holden's biggest fundraising event of the year. The Jubilee Auction kicks off at 8:00am Pacific on Wednesday, March 25 and will feature dozens of items and experiences donated by the Holden Village Community.
Whether you're bidding on one-of-a-kind knitwear or scenic vacation destinations, your contributions make Holden's continued operations possible. Browse items now and get ready to start bidding on Wednesday.
Fund-A-Needs
This year, we're working to fund two specific needs.
-
Returning Staff Possessions - When the landslides forced the emergency evacuation of Holden Village in mid-December, roughly 40 staff left with little more than what they could carry. There was little time to prepare, and evacuees were limited to bringing only one carry-on sized bag. Your contributions help cover shipping costs to reunite displaced staff with some of their personal belongings.
-
Support the Village Caretaker crew - It costs roughly $30,000 a month to support the small and dedicated caretaker crew currently living at Holden Village. These caretakers maintain buildings and infrastructure, monitor systems, respond to weather and environmental conditions, and help protect the community’s facilities until the day we can welcome guests and volunteers back again.
Register for the auction now and keep checking back for new items. You can enter your credit card ahead of time so you're ready to go as soon as bidding starts. If you have questions, email development@holdenvillage.org.
