Two new Sunnen engine honing systems featured at PRI
The Sunnen SV-25 Honing System

Sunnen will debut upgrades to its two most popular honing systems for engine builders at PRI 2015. The new SV-25 builds on the popularity of the Sunnen SV-20, while the SV-15 enhances the capabilities of the SV-10.

The SV-25 honing system, is the next generation of the successful SV-20 Series introduced in 2013. It features a proven ball-screw servo stroking system combined with a new PC control to produce precise bore geometries on multi-bore gas/diesel engines and other similar applications.

The Sunnen SV-15 Honing System

Sunnen's SV-15 also has a new, more powerful control and is designed with precision, durability and advanced technology to deliver state-of-the-art performance. It is perfect for honing big, heavy or odd-shaped workpieces and is power packed with two motors -- one for the spindle and one for the stroker. The combination provides the muscle to run the DH-Series Diamond Honing System with multi-point cutting action.
