In this month's newsletter, we are thrilled to share some exciting updates on the positive changes and improvements taking place within the community.

Enhanced Fire Safety

We are pleased to announce that we recently completed our annual fire inspections, encompassing 51 units, and all went well. This rigorous inspection process was to ensure that The Hollows Condo meets the highest safety standards.

Dumpster Upgrades

We are pleased to announce that our dumpsters are now fully operational. To enhance security and ensure that only owners can access them, we will be adding a lock and will communicate the code as soon as it is installed. This addition helps protect the community's assets and maintain the cleanliness of The Hollows Condo common areas.

Modernized Office Space

The Association office is undergoing a facelift to make it more functional, and welcoming. The renovation process includes fresh paint, new carpeting, and updated furniture. These changes will create a more inviting environment for all.

New Website Launch

We are on the verge of introducing a brand-new website that will improve how you engage with your community. This online platform will be a one-stop destination for all your community needs, from news and events to submitting work orders and important documents. The goal is to be as much as user-friendly and visually appealing.

The owners of The Hollows have been hard at work, transforming their houses into spooktacular marvels of creativity and fright. They've entered the Halloween House Decorating Contest, and now it's your turn to get in on the fun.

Join us in the Halloween spirit by embarking on your very own self-guided Halloween Spooktacular House route. You can choose to drive, bike, or even walk through the neighborhood to witness these hauntingly imaginative displays. But that's not all – you have the power to cast your vote for your favorite decorated homes!

When: Cast your vote starting today through the 29th. Winners will be announced on the 30th.

at The Trailehead Club!

Feel free to come in costume, as long as they are appropriate for young children. It's going to be an unforgettable day of fun and community spirit!

Our spooktacular Trunk or Treat event is THIS SATURDAY, and we need your trunks to make it a howling success!
