Welcome To The First Edition Of The Board's Corner!


Earlier this year, we introduced our strategic plan, which outlines the priorities for The Hollows Property Owners Association (POA). We are pleased to report significant progress on several fronts. One of our top strategic objectives is to enhance communication between the Board, CCMC, and our esteemed residents.


Our upcoming board meeting, scheduled for September 28th, will mark the launch of new communication tools, including The Board's Corner. Additionally, we have introduced the Owner Questions form and will soon present a plan to unveil a new website aimed at streamlining and improving communication efforts.


In our inaugural edition, presented to you below, we address issues related to the culture we aim to nurture at The Hollows with utmost transparency. We acknowledge that the journey of change can be challenging, and over the past six months, our community has undergone various transitions, occasionally leading to tense and inappropriate communications. Our strategic plan emphasizes unity at The Hollows, not only in creating an outstanding physical community but also in fostering a culture of respect, courtesy, dignity, and mutual understanding.

Central to these endeavors is the ongoing rollout of The Hollows Property Owners Association (POA) strategic plan. This plan serves to guide our actions, steering the community towards a future defined by enduring sustainability and an elevated quality of life for all.
