Dear Willows families,
The sun is out and we’re almost to the finish line of the school year!
We are looking forward to the fall. We're optimistic that Governor Pritzker's 5-phase plan, along with encouragement from examples of other states, makes it likely that school will open in the fall.
- Plan A - Regularly scheduled in person program
- Plan B - Socially distanced, in person program with precautions such as masks, increased spacing, temperature taking, etc
- Plan C - eLearning 2.0
I am hopeful we will be back to Plan A+ soon, but, in the meantime, we are preparing for whatever scenarios or combinations of scenarios we encounter.
In a forthcoming survey, we will get your feedback to help us make these plans.
No matter what the plan, we are committed to delivering a robust program that challenges and supports your daughters while keeping up our trademark Willows joy and spirit.
Starting May 27th, we will begin the end of year check out process for students to turn in textbooks and clean out their lockers. In a sense, it will be a test run of Plan B. Look for a separate email with further guidelines and grade-specific details.
End of Year Check Out Dates & Times
Wednesday, May 27th Seniors 1pm-3pm
Thursday, May 28th 8th grade 3pm-6pm
Tuesday, June 2nd - All grades - 3pm-6pm
Wednesday, June 3rd - All grades - 9am-12pm
