Current Overview of the 2024 Election Cycle

As the calendar pages turn towards another election cycle, we start to focus on Douglas County's politics and the broader national elections. Key election dates are rapidly approaching, and I urge our members to engage at any level possible this year. The Douglas County Republican Party (DCGOP) is actively seeking volunteers to assist with Caucus and Assembly responsibilities. It's an enjoyable and fulfilling way to meet and collaborate with like-minded conservatives. If you're interested in contributing, please visit the DCGOP website at https://dcgop.org. Alternatively, you can email me directly, and I will facilitate the connection. You'll likely see my wife Pam and me at these events, and we look forward to meeting many of you there.

Important Notice to All Candidates:

Your participation in the County or State Assembly processes is essential. Without it, the Parker Conservatives will not provide you with a platform to speak after the Assembly before the State Primary election slated for June 25, 2024. While attendance at Parker Conservatives is open to all conservatives, HD 44 Anthony Hartsook's eligibility remains contingent upon that apology to his HD 44 constituents for his vote for the Democrat Statehouse Chairperson.*

  • Colorado Presidential Primary Election – March 5, 2024
  • Douglas County Caucus – March 7, 2024
  • Douglas County Assembly – March 23, 2024
  • Colorado State Assembly – April 6, 2024
  • Colorado State Primary Election – June 25, 2024
  • General Election – November 5, 2024

Parker Town Council

The upcoming Parker Town Council election in November 2024 is critical for maintaining the town's conservative values. With seats vacated / up of election by:

  • John Diak (Term Limited)
  • Laura Hefta (incumbent)
  • Todd Hendreks (incumbent)

There's a clear need for candidates who respect the Constitution, embody limited government, and uphold individual liberties. This election transcends partisanship, and it's about safeguarding Parker from rampant development and preserving its unique character against a backdrop of rapid expansion that threatens to turn it into a faceless suburb. The call is for principled leaders who resist the pressures to conform and defend the town's autonomy against progressive and socialist ideologies. Just remember we gave (1) seat in the last election to a Democrat, Brandi Wilks. We must NOT give up any ground in 2024! At this time, no information on candidates was available.

Town of Parker Mayor

Mayor Jeff Toborg's tenure has been a testament to conservative leadership. The proposed repeal of the grocery sales tax is a clear example of his forward-thinking governance, a policy that respects the financial well-being of every Parker resident.

  • Jeff Toborg (incumbent)

As we stand on the cusp of this critical election, we must not waver in our resolve. The choice, continue with a proven leader in Mayor Toborg or risk a regression to policies that have deteriorated cities like Aurora. This is not a time for complacency, it's a call to action. Every vote for Mayor Toborg is a safeguard against the encroachment of failed policies and a vote for a prosperous, thriving Parker. We must mobilize with conviction to ensure Mayor Toborg's re-election. Our community's legacy and our children's future depend on it. At this time, no information on candidates was available.

Douglas County Commissioner District 3 Race Heats Up:

Three Republicans have thrown their hats into the ring, with a Democrat expected to announce shortly. Priscilla, who began her campaign early, reports a robust campaign fund of $69,668.06. Kevin and John are more recent entries to the race, and their campaign strategies and funding are developing. I will be closely monitoring their progress, particularly with regard to contributions from our distinguished Water Commission appointees.

District 3 – Incumbent, Lora Thomas (R), term-limited

  • John Carson (R)
  • Priscilla Rahn (R)
  • Kevin Van Winkle (R)

Douglas County Commissioner District 2:

Incumbent George Teal currently faces no Republican challengers "yet", though a Democrat has entered the contest. Teal's war chest stands at $90,397.32 as of the last report. However, according to an informal survey I conducted, about one in four have a negative perception of him, a sentiment that stems primarily from the actions of all three sitting commissioners. A strong Republican challenger could seriously test Teal's incumbency in the Primary.

District 2 – Incumbent – George Teal (R)

  • George Teal (R)
  • Angela Thomas (D)

Douglas County District Attorney Race for the New 23rd District:

With the departure of John Kellner, Dagna Van Der Jagt (R) is our only declared candidate. In our sole meeting, she struck me as a steadfast conservative.

A couple of key issues for any viable candidates, opposing Colorado’s Red Flag law, homelessness in Douglas County, and School Saftey, will likely be significant platforms in this race. We expect more candidates to announce their intentions soon.

  • Dagna Van Der Jagt (R)

House District 39 – Brandi Bradley's Uncontested Incumbency:

Representative Brandi Bradley (R), a standout member of the freshman class of 2022, is currently running unopposed. District 39 is indeed fortunate to have such a committed representative. We anticipate the entry of a Dem candidate as the election draws closer.

  • Brandi Bradley (R)

House District 43 – Seeking Republican Redemption:

After a 2022 defeat, it is critical that Republicans recapture this seat. We are hopeful that a strong, grassroots conservative will step forward. Bob Marshall (D) has not filed for re-election as of December 16th, but the expectation is that he will.

  • Bob Marshall (D) (not on Tracer at this time)

House District 44 – The Incumbency of Anthony Hartsook (R):

Anthony Hartsook (R) faces a Democrat in the race for his seat. His previous campaign strategies and his choice to forgo the Assembly process will likely be scrutinized by voters and potential challengers alike. A good solid grassroots conservative in this district could unseat the incumbent at the County Assembly. Who is willing to run?

  • Anthony Hartsook (R)
  • Alyssa Nilemo (D)

House District 45 and State Senate District 2 – Seats in Transition:

With Lisa Frizell (R) shifting her focus to the State Senate District 2 race, the House District 45 seat is open for contenders. The field is currently narrow, but this is likely to change.

House District 45 – Incumbent, Lisa Frizell – Now running for State Senate District 2

  • Max Brooks (R)

Senator District 2 – Incumbent, Jim Smallwood (R), term-limited

  • Lisa Frizell (R)

Colorado House District 4 – A Crowded Field:

With the incumbent, Ken Buck (R), not seeking re-election, a diverse array of candidates is vying for the position. Strong Douglas County candidates include Deborah Flora and Ted Harvey. Key to this race will be the ability to secure funding and connect with the electorate across the counties CD4 represents. The wild card is possibly gaining the endorsement of Donald J. Trump, which could be a game-changer. Candidates will be challenged by voters in this district on a few areas that are more about understanding their support of President Trump:

  • Where do you stand on the 2020 election? On the up and up, or rigged?
  • Where do you stand on J6? Insurrection or demonstration gone wrong?
  • Did President Trump incite the J6 individuals to cause havoc?
  • Is the government overstepping in working to convict President Trump of crimes?

A misstep in answering any of these questions will cost the candidate the primary. No, it’s not all about Trump, it is about his supporters and voters. Without them, a CD 4 candidate will NOT be successful. You also can’t overlook the importance of an adept Campaign Manager. This cannot be overstated in steering through Colorado's fickle Republican voters.

  • Lauren Boebert (R)
  • Mariel Bailey (R)
  • Deborah Flora (R)
  • Ted Harvey (R)
  • Richard Holtorf (R)
  • Trent Leisy (R)
  • Justin Schreiber (R)
  • Jerry Sonnenberg (R)
  • Peter Yu (R)
  • Douglas Mangeris (L)
  • Isaac McCorkle (D)
  • John Padora (D)
  • Karen Breslin (D)

EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA!

Representative Lauren Boebert's strategic shift from Colorado's 3rd to the 4th Congressional District, one cannot overlook her remarkable DC voting record as per Turning Point Action's ratings:

  • Lauren Boebert – 95.09 (Patriot)
  • Doug Lamborn – 88.39 (Losing Patriotism)
  • Ken Buck – 87.95 (Losing Patriotism)
  • Yadira Caraveo – 31.94 (Becoming Tyrannical)
  • Brittany Pettersen – 25.00 (Becoming Tyrannical)
  • Joe Neguse – 15.18 (Tyrant)
  • Jason Crow - 14.73 (Tyrant)
  • Diana Degette – 12.5 (Tyrant)

Her move, while initially perplexing, underscores her resilience and adaptability. Boebert's decision to move to a district with a stronger Republican lean, CD4, compared to her current district's CD3. This speaks to her tactical acumen in ensuring her political survival and the continuity of her conservative agenda.

Boebert's current $1.4 million campaign fund is a testament to her fundraising prowess, setting a high bar for her competitors in the 4th District. Her move also hints at a strategic retreat for a more favorable battleground, thereby bolstering the GOP's position in both districts.

This move comes after a series of personal and public controversies, suggesting a fresh start for Boebert and a chance to refocus on her legislative priorities away from the limelight that has followed her in the 3rd District. Her relocation is not just a response to political challenges but also can be seen as a proactive step towards strengthening conservative representation in Colorado, marking a calculated and potentially savvy political maneuver.

Colorado Reckless Democrat Policies

Let’s dissect the catastrophic impact of the Democratic Party BS on America and Colorado, starkly visible in Colorado just like the mountains. This goes beyond policy grifting, to a full-scale assault on the foundational values of our Republic that have long underpinned American society.

The Democratic Party’s handling of immigration issues isn't simply misguided, it represents a blatant mockery of law and order. Consider Chicago’s policy of financially rewarding illegal immigrants, this isn’t an act of compassion but a clear slap in the face to every law-abiding American citizen. Colorado mirrors this contempt with initiatives like the Left Behind Workers Fund, which blatantly prefers those who flout our laws. Far from bending legal norms, these policies shatter them, cultivating a culture where illegality is not just tolerated but actively incentivized.

On the fiscal front, the Progressive's approach resembles a reckless journey toward economic ruin. Take Colorado's Benefit Recovery Fund, extending aid without regard for legal status. This isn’t generosity, it’s fiscal insanity. Just taking more money from TABOR, the citizens! Such imprudent policies endanger our economy, essentially mortgaging the future of our children for today’s political gain. It’s not just foolish, it's a dangerous gamble with the stability of our state's and nation’s economy.

When it comes to moral and cultural matters, the Democratic Party doesn't merely exhibit fiscal irresponsibility, it reveals a profound moral bankruptcy. Their support for extreme social ideologies in our kid's schools, unrestricted abortion, and the ridiculous promotion of men in women’s sports (and restrooms). This isn't progress but rather a perverse distortion of freedom and rights. This isn't about embracing diversity or tolerance, it’s about a systematic undermining of the core Judeo-Christian values that have sustained our society since the beginning. Colorado’s rapid adoption of these ideologies signals a deeper national moral crisis, threatening the very fabric of our state and county.

Colorado's progressive policy experiments are more than a state-level concern. They are a microcosm of the Democratic Party’s broader progressive impact on the nation. Our state has become a testbed for policies that are eroding the national fabric, economically, legally, and morally.

It is imperative to recognize the Democratic Party’s trajectory as an affront to the core principles of American Conservatism. The situation in Colorado is a precursor of national decline. This calls for a resolute awakening by our Statehouse elected Republican representatives and a determined pushback against the tide of fiscal recklessness, legal negligence, and moral decay. It’s time for America to reclaim its foundational principles of lawfulness, fiscal responsibility, and moral clarity. We, the People, in Colorado and America deserve better. it's time for the resolute to fight back.

As a message to our Republican representatives, it is imperative to remember the foundation upon which you have been elected to serve the People. In moments of challenging decisions, always anchor your vote in Conservative Constitutional principles. Resist the temptation to compromise these values by engaging in transactions with those who oppose our core beliefs.

An example to avoid is the situation in HD44, where a vote for a Democrat House Chairperson on the first day contradicted the very principles you were elected to uphold. Look beyond the superficial allure of lobbyists' offerings, be it coveted parking spaces, extravagant dinners, or promises of campaign funding. These short-term gains should never sway your commitment to the cause. Bear in mind, that your actions are under scrutiny, and accountability to your constituents is paramount. You are in office to represent the will and interests of the People, and it is this commitment that must guide every decision you make.

Remember, we, the People, are vigilant and expect nothing less than unwavering adherence to the values and principles that define our party and our nation.

Douglas County's Water Commission

The following is George Teal's position regarding donors on this commission:

....."Being a political donor is not a disqualifier for participation in Government. Nor is it a qualifier for membership on the County Water Commission, either"....

Brace yourselves, Douglas County. The latest whirlpool in the saga of the Water Commission is swirling, and it's pulling down the last vestiges of trust we had in our local governance. The stink wafting up from the Commission's dealings is more pungent than a mountain of discarded fish guts and just as unpleasant.

Remember the quiet days of yesteryear, well, last month, when the Commission was touted as a no-cost venture? Scratch that. Commissioners are now merrily greenlighting a cool $7,425 to send the Water Commission to Water Congress. No cost? More like nose cost, because something sure smells fishy here.

Commissioner Laydon, the architect of this financial fiasco, brushes off the expense as "ticky-tacky." Ticky-tacky? More like tricky-tacky, the assurance of a free Water Commission disappeared quicker than a drop of water on a sizzling hot skillet. A 2-1 vote rubber-stamps the decision, with dissenting voices drowned out by the rush to spend.

Let's paddle through the slimy waters of the Commission's membership. The panel is a showcase of financial backers who've turned campaign contributions into coveted seats. Take James Eklund, a water law 'expert' without a stake in the county, yet unanimously approved to join the water panel. A curious case, indeed.

Then there's the District 2 lineup, where Commissioner Teal's influence runs as deep as an underground aquifer they are looking to tap. Clark Hammelman, James Maras, and, notably, Roger Hudson, each have a history with Teal, punctuated by Hudson's timely $1,000 contribution.

(Click Here for George Teal’s Nov 2023 Contribution Report)

The Commission's task? To conjure up a comprehensive water plan. But with the seats filled by the highest bidders, one has to wonder if the plan will be for the people or for the profit margins. This isn't just 'Pay for Play', it's 'Pay to Plan', and the currency is our county's most vital resource. The residents of Douglas County must not stand for this. It's time to turn the tide, to demand a Commission that's as pristine as the mountain snowmelt, not one muddied by the money trail.

So, to the commissioners, I say, We're watching, and we're not amused. We demand a water commission free from the taint of financial influence, one that serves the public good, not private wallets. And to my fellow residents, Stay vigilant. The future of our water isn't a commodity to be bought. It's our right, and we'll fight for it, come hell or high water.

Just remember, "When it slithers like a snake and hisses like a snake, it's likely a snake."

HD 43 Bob Marshall

In the circus tent of our democratic system, the idea that our elected officials should mirror the values and needs of those they represent is not just a principle, it's the very bedrock. But here we stand, facing a situation where our HD43 representative for Douglas County, Bob Marshall (D), is so far removed from our conservative values (Liberty Scorecard 2023 Final of 26) that his continued tenure is not just ineffective, it's an affront to the very concept of representation.

Let's cut through the BS, shall we, the gap between conservative constituents and the policies pushed by our current Democrat representative (as reported by Liberty Scorecard Colorado, (https://libertyscorecardco.us/#/legislator/27858) isn’t just a simple divergence of opinions. It’s a chasm. We, as conservatives, cherish limited government, fiscal responsibility, and personal freedoms, ideals seemingly alien to the way Bob Marshall votes. The pursuit of bloated government programs, tax hikes, and liberty-smothering regulations is not just a political misstep, it’s a betrayal of our foundational Douglas County values.

Aligning closely with the State House Democrat agenda rather than the voices of the very people who blundered their vote putting him in office.  His endorsement of policies that fly in the face of our community’s economic and social well-being don’t just raise eyebrows, they raise red flags. Our conservative ethos puts a premium on economic growth, job creation, and safeguarding our time-honored values. Yet, we find ourselves represented by someone whose policies are obstacles to business, who views regulations as the solution rather than the problem, and whose social policies are out of sync with our traditional conservative values that it’s not just disconcerting, it’s alarming.

The legislative consequences of such misrepresentation are severe. Laws and policies passed without the backing of the community not only lack legitimacy but also pave the way for detrimental outcomes, stifling our businesses and imposing educational and social policies that are at odds with our principles. The solution? It's crystal clear, replace Bob Marshall with a grassroots conservative whose political compass aligns with conservative principles. A new fresh face with fresh ideas, not a retread from the old guard of the Douglas County Republican party.

This is more than a political campaign, it’s a crusade for civic engagement and a return to the constitutional ideals that seem to have been forgotten. It’s an opportunity to wake up the community, to remind them of the power of their vote and voice, and to ensure our political system reflects the true will of the people, not progressives and not special interest groups.

The need to replace Bob Marshall transcends mere political maneuvering. It’s a necessary step to realign HD43 and Douglas County representation with its true conservative spirit. It’s about taking back our voice, restoring accountability, and ensuring our community’s future is shaped by policies that foster growth, respect our values, and secure the prosperity we all strive for. As grassroots conservatives, we’re not just advocating for change, we’re demanding it.

Lisa Frizell Handing Out Our Tax Dollars

As we look back on the session from this past year, there is another notable besides Anthony Hartsook voting for the Democratic Chair, that is….House Bill 23-1112, crafted to expand income tax credits in Colorado, is a perfect storm of fiscal irresponsibility and governmental overreach, masquerading as a charitable endeavor. This legislation, under the pretense of aiding low-and middle-income families, is actually a thinly veiled attempt at wealth redistribution, blatantly pilfering the pockets of hardworking taxpayers. It's an affront to every principle of sound conservative fiscal policy and a slap in the face to Douglas County taxpayers.

The most egregious aspect of this bill is its blatant disregard for the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR). TABOR isn’t just a piece of legislation, it’s a constitutional sentinel guarding against governmental excess. HB23-1112 sidesteps this critical safeguard, effectively hijacking rightfully owed funds to taxpayers. This isn’t just a breach of trust, it's a full-blown assault on fiscal responsibility, a testament to governmental greed, and a clear indicator of misplaced priorities.

Adding insult to injury is the potential for illegal immigrants to benefit from this bill. It's an outrageous proposition that those who circumvent legal immigration processes could gain from a policy funded by law-abiding Colorado citizens. This isn't a minor policy misstep, it's a colossal blunder, undermining the efforts of legal contributors and blatantly disrespecting the rule of law.

Moreover, the fiscal ramifications of HB23-1112 are staggering. It's not just a matter of reallocating funds, it's about drilling holes in Colorado’s fiscal ship. An alternative, more sensible approach would have been a universal income tax cut, allowing hard-earned money to stay in the hands of those who earned it, rather than being funneled into the government’s coffers for harebrained schemes.

In addition, the financial burden that Colorado bears in supporting the homeless and illegal immigrants is already immense. Denver alone has spent roughly $33 million in the past year supporting the homeless and the influx of migrants, many of whom are illegal. This is money that could have been used for improving infrastructure, education, or providing tax relief to citizens. Instead, it's being drained in a misguided attempt to address issues exacerbated by lax policies and fiscal imprudence.

The stance of the Colorado Representative from Douglas County, HD 45, Lisa Frizell, who voted in favor of HB23-1112, is nothing short of a betrayal of conservative values. This decision starkly contradicts the principles of limited government, fiscal responsibility, and the rule of law. It's not just a political misstep, it's a dereliction of duty to the voters of Douglas County, a clear sign that this representative may have lost touch with the foundational values they were elected to uphold. Remember that Lisa Frizell now wants to run for a state Senate position being vacated by Jim Smallwood.

It is also good to note she has the lowest Liberty Score of our 3 House Republican Representatives for the 2023 session:

  • Lisa Frizell (R) – 59.6 (Vote for HB23 – 1112, For)
  • Bob Marshall (D) - 26 (Vote for HB23-1112, For)
  • Anthony Hartsook (R) – 61.5 (Vote for HB23-1112, Against)
  • Brandi Bradley (R) – 68.8 (Vote for HB23-1112, Against)

See the entire report here: https://libertyscorecardco.us/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/2023-Liberty-Scorecard-pdf.pdf

HB23-1112 was not just a bad bill, it's a catastrophic policy decision that threatens the fiscal stability of Colorado. It stands in direct opposition to conservative principles of fairness, fiscal responsibility, and respect for the law. It should have been opposed vehemently by ALL the Douglas County elected officials, serving as a rallying cry for Conservatives who believe in responsible governance and the sanctity of taxpayer rights.

The rejection of this bill was not just necessary, it was imperative for the preservation of Colorado’s fiscal health and the respect of its law-abiding citizens. Well, now this is all water under the bridge as it was passed and signed by Pollsmoker. However, Lisa Frizell’s run for the State Senate is not. Is she representing Douglas County Conservatives or her own interests?

Biden's War of America

Let's cut through all the BS, Progressive policies are an outright war on America. We're not talking about mere policy disagreements here, we're witnessing a calculated Biden administration's direct assault on the foundational principles of hard work, personal responsibility, and the pursuit of success. This is no time for tactfulness. The situation is dire, and sugarcoating it would be an insult to the intelligence of every hardworking American.

The dependency culture that continues to be nursed by progressive Biden policies is nothing short of catastrophic. The continued expansion of welfare programs and the ludicrous idea of a universal basic income are not acts of compassion, they are chains of dependency, handcuffing Americans to government handouts and killing the spirit of self-reliance. This isn’t benevolence, it’s a strategic maneuver of the Biden administration to create a voter base dependent on government handouts, effectively eroding the once-cherished value of earning your keep. Clearly, it’s a transfer of wealth.

Success, under the progressive Biden regime, has become an obscene word. Achievers are no longer celebrated but are instead vilified as exploiters. This narrative isn't just misguided, it's downright destructive. It's an open attack on ambition and aspiration, the very engines that built America. When success becomes a target instead of a goal, you don’t just discourage the ambitions, you breed a culture of mediocrity, resentment, and dependence.

Our education system, hijacked by progressives, has turned into a factory of despair. We're not educating, we're indoctrinating, teaching our kids that they’re trapped in a rigged system, but hey, they can pick their sex. This isn’t enlightenment, it's a theft of hope, a blatant sabotage of their potential. By instilling a victim mentality, the Biden progressives aren’t just warping young minds, they have declared war on the future of our nation.

As a businessperson, don’t get me going on the entrepreneurial strangulation by over-regulation and taxation. Small businesses and innovators, once the heroes of the American narrative, are now treated like cash cows for the governmental social experiments. California’s new fast food minimum wage is $20.00 per hour in 2024 moving to $25 per hour by 2028. This isn’t regulation, it’s suffocation. It’s a systematic demolition of the freedom and innovation that have been the hallmarks of American success.

In essence, what we’re seeing is a full-frontal assault on America by Biden’s and his lackey’s progressive policies. America is on life support, and progressives are eagerly pulling the plug so they can charge their car. As someone who believes in the fundamental values of America, I see this as a call to arms. We must stand against these destructive policies and fight to preserve the essence of our nation. The battle lines are drawn, and the time to act is now. America isn’t just dying, it’s being slaughtered, and the slaughterers are among us, cloaked in the guise of progressivism.

"Progressivism is the cancer in America"

Trump in 2024

The stage is set for Donald Trump to emerge as our President in 2024 (even with Colorado's stupid move to take him off the ballot). The call for such leadership is not just a whisper among the winds of change but a clear call that booms across our great nation. The voices of the American Faith Leaders are now joining in the movement that demands a return to a presidency that unashamedly champions American values, faith, sovereignty, and the Constitution.

We are yearning for a leader who dares to prioritize its citizens, its culture, and its future above all else, MAGA. We are at a pivotal moment where we must choose boldness over timidity, where the interest of the many in our own nation must eclipse the demands of the RINO’s and Establishment. This is the heartbeat of the “America First” principles, a creed that asserts with unyielding conviction that American First policy must be for the American people.

Donald J Trump, President in 2024, will stand as a fortress against global elites, advocating with unmatched zeal for the citizens in flyover county and those true red strongholds on the coasts. Trump embodies the unrelenting spirit that has defined the American soul since its inception a spirit of resilience, innovation, and unrelenting optimism.

We're not just selecting a President, we're charting the course for our nation's destiny. We require a President who will not waver, who will not apologize for putting our people, our prosperity, and our values at the pinnacle of their agenda. It's time for a leader who will not just occupy the Oval Office but will occupy it with a commitment for American excellence, a President who will not bow to international pressure but will stand tall, rooted in the conviction that American greatness is not a relic of the past but a beacon for the future.

The "America First" movement is more than a political platform, it is a declaration of our national identity. It's time to embrace the call for Donald J Trump “America First” President. A leader who will ensure that America's best days are not behind us but are waiting to be seized with courage, determination, and an unwavering commitment to the principles that have made this nation admired by all other nations. Let's make the choice for an "America First" President, and let's make it resoundingly clear in 2024. Trump 2024!

The following message is from Rocky Mountain Gun Owners

The 2024 election season is upon us. As gun owners and conservatives, it’s time to raise our voices.

Governor Jared Polis, Speaker Julie McCluskie, and radical leftist leaders in the Colorado General Assembly have facilitated the most extensive erosion of unalienable rights in our state’s history.

From expanding “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation, restricting who can buy a gun and a 3-day waiting period to attempts to ram a California-style so-called “Assault Weapons” Ban down our throats, the Democrats in charge have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are enemies of our God-given liberties.

Additionally, the GOP establishment has utterly failed to stop the bullet train to Marxism that’s running out of Denver.

That is why RMGO, for the first time, is hosting our own slate of training for potential candidates and top conservative activists this winter.

As gun rights advocates, we often say, “No one is coming to save us.”

That statement could not be more accurate in politics. Unless we, as conservatives, are politically feared by making morally bankrupt politicians lose elections, we will NEVER be politically respected.

That is why we need patriots like you to attend our campaign/election training course!

RMGO/FACL Englewood Campaign School, Saturday 01/13

Not only do we need pro-gun and pro-liberty candidates, we need activists like you to learn this information to advise and train pro-liberty candidates in your district to actually win!

We must make the Democrats pay at the ballot box. The future of Colorado depends on it and depends on you.

We have selected ten highly competitive districts in the State House that currently are held by anti-gun leftists. Two of which are in Douglas County. We plan to drop at least $100,000.00 and replace those crooks under the Golden Dome with vigorous defenders of the 2nd Amendment and God-given rights cut from our cloth.

Conservative Activists must step up to run for those seats or stand beside the candidates to keep them honest and ensure they don’t bite the hook of the GOP establishment.

So today, I’m asking you to help us restore our State by attending our campaign training.

RMGO Englewood Campaign School, Saturday 01/13

Our God-given rights will continue to be eroded by power-hungry tyrants in Denver unless we act NOW!

We will never stop fighting for our members and gun owners across the Centennial State. However, we could not stand on the front lines without the support of patriots like you.

<< Help us kick out Democrat delinquents in 2024>>

As I said before, the future of our State depends on it.

A note on Deep Space

Are you planning a conservative event and in search of the perfect venue? Deep Space in Parker could be an excellent fit for you if you expect at least 80 attendees and plan on ordering food and beverages. While there is a minimum spend requirement, this should easily be met with a guest list of 80-100 people. If you're interested, please contact me, and I'll connect you with the owners of Deep Space to discuss further details.

So, a question you might have is, “why Honey Badger”?

Honey Badgers have been described in the Guinness Book of Records as the "most fearless animal in the world" and can even fight off much larger predators like lions and hyenas if challenged. We know the political landscape is filled with hyenas, thus, we need the Honey Badger.

If you have a Parker or Douglas County topic that needs attention brought to it, please submit it to: Honey Badger Report, mark.hampton@comcast.net. I will review it and see about adding it to the monthly publication.
