Rubber-Stamping Parker:

The Town Council That Hates Dissent

Well, folks, it appears the Parker Town Council, our illustrious, unison-voting overlords, aren’t too thrilled with a little sunlight exposing their cozy club. My latest “Parker Town Council Watchdog Report (1/30/2025)” dropped, and oh boy, did it ruffle feathers. You might say it poked a hornet's nest! Council Member Brandi Wilks threw a glorious text tantrum (check the screenshots—priceless!) and labeled my newsletter “BS” because I dared to cite official attendance records from the Parker Town website. Facts, not feelings, Brandi!

But here’s the real kicker: while she’s fixated on attendance accuracy, she’s conspicuously mum about Parker’s Council rubber-stamping every motion like a synchronized swim team, unless, of course, it’s about lowering grocery taxes. Then, they lock the door and toss away the key. Are we supposed to pay these folks to nod in perfect harmony, or could they at least pretend to represent us?

Let’s also clear the air on one point: all emails or phone numbers I posted come straight from the Town of Parker website, meaning they’re public, not personal. So, kindly spare me the faux outrage.

What’s truly maddening is how allergic this Town Council is to a little sunshine. They’d rather squeal about my freedom of speech than address their own groupthink. You’ll have to wait for my next installment in March, when the meeting minutes for February hit parkerco.gov. In the meantime, Parker patriots, let’s keep that spotlight trained on them. They work for us, not the other way around.

Jared Polis:

The Plastic-Banning, Cost-Hiking, Clueless King of Colorado

If you ever needed more proof that Colorado Governor Jared Polis has the common sense of a broken wheel on a shopping cart, look no further than the latest disaster in the Colorado state legislature. The Colorado House just killed a bill that would have repealed HB25-1051—the idiotic law that bans plastic grocery bags and forces you to pay for paper ones. Because nothing screams “affordability” quite like charging people for something that used to be free!

So let’s get this straight. You go to the grocery store. You pick up your plastic-wrapped produce, your plastic-packaged meats, your plastic-sealed dairy products—all government-approved, of course. Then, after filling your cart with plastic-covered everything, you’re told you cannot carry it out in a plastic bag. Instead, you must use a paper bag mandated by the same geniuses who wrapped everything else in plastic to begin with. That’s like banning spoons but still serving soup.

Polis and his legislative minions tell us this is about “saving the environment.” Oh really? Like how California’s been “saving the environment” while simultaneously drowning in human feces and used needles? (Don’t worry, Colorado—you’re catching up!) But sure, let’s make life harder for working families by forcing them to buy overpriced, flimsy paper bags while every product inside them remains shrink-wrapped in plastic.

This whole “green” crusade is as stupid as the paper straw in a plastic sleeve—the defining symbol of leftist “logic.” And thankfully, Trump’s executive order reversed that nonsense at the federal level. But here in Colorado, we’re still stuck with Polis, the king of bad ideas.

And speaking of bad ideas, wasn’t it just last month that Polis stood in front of a microphone and declared he wanted to make Colorado “more affordable”? Hey, genius—here was a perfect chance to start! Nothing like showing how much you “care” about struggling families.

This is what happens when you put ideological zealots in charge. They don’t solve problems—they create them. They claim they’re saving the planet while making everyday life worse for actual human beings. And worst of all, they don’t even see the irony.

But hey, if you’re tired of this insanity, just remember: November 2026 is coming. And Colorado voters have a chance to tell the Democrats and all the other plastic-banning buffoons exactly where they can shove their overpriced paper bags.

Message From Colorado GOP Chair Dave Williams

Dear Members,

It's been an honor to serve you and the nine hundred thousand-plus registered Republicans across the great State of Colorado. This experience has certainly had its fair share of ups and downs, but by the grace of God Almighty and the support of many grassroots patriots like you, we have come a long way, proving the naysayers wrong time and time again.

After much prayerful consideration, I have decided not to seek reelection as Chairman of the Colorado Republican Party. While the grassroots majority of our Party—those who have aligned with our leadership and the bold agenda we advanced over the past two years—would support our continued leadership into the next election cycle, I have chosen to move in a different direction and be effective for the movement in a new capacity.

Together, we achieved historic successes:

  • We broke the Democrats’ supermajority, flipped a congressional seat from Democrat to Republican, and saw a net increase in Republican voter registrations.
  • Our Party grew its small-dollar donor base, proving that we can do more with fewer resources—outperforming better-financed Democrats who had greater manpower.
  • We eliminated fraud, waste, and abuse within our organization while cutting overhead expenses by nearly 60% compared to past administrations.
  • We lowered costs for the State Convention & Assembly, as well as the fees charged to delegates, making participation in our Party more accessible.
  • When the failed administration prior to ours refused to act, we kept our promise to sue Jena Griswold and the State of Colorado to overturn the unconstitutional open primary law that violates our First Amendment rights and causes our Party to lose more elections than we otherwise would. This litigation is ongoing, but when we take it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, we are confident we will win—and once again ensure that only Republicans are nominating Republican candidates.

Most importantly, we fought to keep President Donald J. Trump on the ballot in Colorado and nationwide, taking our battle to the U.S. Supreme Court. As a result, we protected voters' rights to elect him to another term while also helping raise a significant six-figure investment into the President’s reelection and directing volunteers to critical swing states.

These are great accomplishments, and we have the wind at our backs heading into the 2026 elections. However, we must guard against those within our Party—especially the Never-Trump wing—who preach unity with their lips yet seize every opportunity to tear down fellow grassroots Republicans they disagree with. Many of these same individuals push to abandon President Trump and his winning agenda, which would be an unmitigated disaster if we yielded to them.

We cannot afford to sacrifice the progress we have made by listening to those who speak out of both sides of their mouth and would have us return to a failed model of campaigning that has consistently lost elections. Before our administration took the helm, our Party suffered three successive historic defeats, each worse than the last. Thankfully, that trend has ended. We have stopped the bleeding, rebounded, and made real gains.

Given the victories we secured in 2024, imagine what we could achieve if those who attempted to sabotage the Party actually united with the grassroots majority in principle and purpose.

Let’s not lose this momentum.

The path forward is clear: we must continue to build on our MAGA-driven success, fight for our America-First platform, and work toward victory together in 2026.

Again, thank you for the honor of serving as your Chairman. I look forward to continuing the fight for our shared values in a new and impactful way.

For Freedom & MAGA,

Dave Williams

Chairman, Colorado Republicans

P.S. As we approach the March 29th Reorganizational Meeting, I'll be stepping back from the more political and public facing functions of my office so that I can focus on administrative matters while preparing for a smooth transition of authority to the new officers. God bless, and I look forward to seeing you all next month as we pass the baton to new leaders.

COGOP CHAIR FIGHT:

TRUE GRASSROOTS PATRIOTS vs. RINOs

Well, folks, here we go again. The Colorado Republican Party is gearing up for yet another cage match on March 29th, when roughly 500 Central Committee members will pick the new Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. And surprise, surprise, it’s shaping up to be the same old showdown: the scrappy grassroots conservatives who actually believe in something versus the limp-wristed RINO establishment who’d sell their pat on the head from an elected establishment official. Buckle up, Colorado true grassroot patriots, because this one may get ugly, and I’m here for it.

So far, we’ve got four contenders stepping into the arena. On the true grassroots conservative side, we’ve got Darcy Schoening, a firebrand who’s been slugging it out for parental rights and local autonomy, and GOTV like a one-woman MAGA wrecking crew. Then there’s Lori Saine, another grassroots conservative who just threw her hat in. On the other side, we’ve got the RINO twins: Brita Horn and Kevin McCarney. Horn’s endorsements are from the usual UniParty suspects, RNC Committeewoman Christy Fidura and ex-gubernatorial squish Heidi Ganahl, because nothing screams “fighter” like cozying up to the establishment elite. McCarney? He’s just another suit who thinks “grassroots” is a type of salad.

Current Chair Dave Williams, a grassroots titan who’s been a thorn in the side of every Colorado leftist, has decided to drop from the race as reported above. Rumor on the street is that he’s got a golden ticket to the Trump administration, which is good for him and bad for the DC RINOs. Colorado’s tired of Democrat tyranny, overreach, fraud, you name it, and we’re ready for Trump’s common-sense revolution to keep rolling. But here’s the kicker: the RINOs are clawing like swamp rats to hang on. If the true grassroot conservatives want to win, their supporters need to unite. Otherwise, we’re handing the reins to the squishy RINO establishment, and that’s a betrayal we can’t afford.

Big Money’s Trojan Horse: Why Open Primaries Must Die

Alright, buckle up, Colorado, true grassroots conservatives, especially my fine friends in Douglas County, the beating heart of true grassroots conservative sanity in this state. We’ve had a crisis on our hands for some time now, and it’s called open primaries. Yeah, that’s right, the so-called “democratic” free-for-all that is really just a playground for big money to trample all over your voice. If you believe this system is about fairness, I’ve got a beachfront property to sell you in Greeley (no really, lol). Open primaries are the primary pipeline for corruption in our Republican Party, and it’s time we slam the door shut.

Let’s break it down. Closed primaries, where only registered party members select the nominees, serve as the last barricade against fat-cat donors and their allies. In Colorado, our open-primary disaster allows unaffiliated voters, many of whom couldn’t care less about our conservative values and principles, to breeze in and dilute the conservative essence of the GOP. Who benefits? The corporate overlords, dark-money puppeteers, and political consultants, that’s who. They don’t need to sway a unified base of principled Republicans; they merely flood the field with cash, prop up weak squishy RINOs, and let the unaffiliated masses shuffle in to do their bidding. It’s a rigged game, and we are the suckers at the table.

The Founding Fathers didn’t shed blood over the Constitution so that some big-money jerks could buy our elections. They established a system for “We the People,” not “We the Billionaires.” Closed primaries honor that intent, keeping power with the rank-and-file patriots who actually show up at caucuses and assemblies and then general elections to vote their conscience, not with some wishy-washy independent who flips a coin between a conservative warrior and a socialist nutjob. Any politician or Facebook keyboard warrior shilling for open primaries is a turncoat and is spitting on the Constitution. They’re not just misguided; they’re actively torching your individual voice for a quick buck or a pat on the head from the elite.

Colorado’s Republican Party needs to close this circus by all means in their power. Demand closed primaries and do not relent; keep it front and center. Starve the big-money beast. Because if we don’t, the true grassroots conservatives get trampled, and the only “representation” left is a receipt from some big donor’s checkbook. End this nonsense now. Our framers would approve, and so should you.

And remember this: any self-called “grassroots conservative” who is advocating to keep primaries open is NOT a true grassroots conservative; they are part of the Establishment or, worse, a RINO! They aim to destroy the Republican Party from within for their overlords.

“We can ignore reality, but we cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.”

Dear Chairman Williams,

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering dedication and exceptional service to the Colorado Republican Party and the MAGA movement. Your leadership over the past two years has been nothing short of extraordinary. Together, we have achieved historic victories that have set a strong foundation for the future of our Party.

The accomplishments you've outlined are a testament to your vision and commitment to the grassroots, and we are deeply grateful for the tireless efforts you put forth to break the Democrats’ supermajority, defend our right to nominate Republican candidates, and protect President Trump’s place on the ballot. Colorado’s SB25-086: The First Amendment’s Latest Executioner, Brought to You by RINO Sellouts

Well, folks, it’s official: the First Amendment is under siege in Colorado, and the culprits are none other than two Douglas County “Republicans” State Senator CO2 Lisa Frizell and House Rep CO44 Anthony Hartsook. These two RINOs have teamed up with the progressive Democrat censorship brigade to shove SB25-086 down our throats, a bill so dripping with authoritarian vibes George Orwell could’ve drafted it. Spoiler: it wasn’t. It’s just the latest power grab from statehouse-elected Swamp Creatures itching to silence anyone who doesn’t take a knee and swear fealty. It's an updated GOT tactic with the same result.

This legislative abomination, masquerading as a “protect the kids” crusade, is a blatant attack on free speech. SB25-086 demands social media companies publish policies, report every cough and sneeze of user activity, and, get this, terminate (yes, TERMINATE) accounts within 96 hours if someone is deemed disobedient by the state’s vague “subject use” rules. Who knows! It’s a catch-all excuse to behead dissenters into digital oblivion. The Colorado Liberty Scorecard is screaming “no,” but Douglas County’s Frizell and Hartsook are too busy cozying up to the Dems to care.

Sound familiar? It should. Just last week, JD Vance tore into this same mindset at the Munich Security Conference. He warned about elites, here and abroad, who “limit speech because they don’t trust people to think for themselves.” Germany’s got its own speech police; now Colorado’s wants to join the party. Vance nailed it: “When governments decide what’s “safe” to say, they’re not protecting you, they’re controlling you.” SB25-086 is that control, dressed up in a cheap “for the children” costume. And if you have just half a brain cell, you can see it.

Here’s the kicker: this isn’t about safety. It’s about power. The bill’s sponsors, dare I say (yes please do) our very own Douglas County REPUBLICAN TRAITORS Frizell and Hartsook are handing the state a loaded censorship gun to point at anyone who doesn’t toe the line (like you and me). Disagree with the elected overlords? Banned. Post something edgy? Gone. It’s a First Amendment shredder, and Frizell and Hartsook are pulling the trigger (and they are grinning ear to ear).

Colorado conservatives, this is our backyard. This will affect not just Douglas County but also the entire state! These two need to be heard by everyone in the state and loudly.

Call them out, flood their inboxes, and remind them: we didn’t send them to the State House to torch our rights. SB25-086 isn’t protection; it’s a gag order. Fight it or kiss your voice goodbye and your social media accounts goodbye.

Michael Bennett for Governor?

A Disaster Waiting to Happen, Colorado!

Well, folks, strap in and keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times because the rumor mill is churning, and it’s vomiting out a real doozy. According to reports, Colorado’s U.S. Senator Michael Bennett is “strongly considering” a run for governor in 2026. Yes, the same Michael Bennett who’s spent years cozying up to Washington’s elite is now eyeing the Colorado Governor's mansion. For conservatives in Douglas County and across this great state, that’s not just bad news; it’s a five-alarm fire of progressive nonsense threatening to engulf us all, but there is not much left to burn after Pollsmoker’s 8 years of scorched earth policy against the good people of Colorado.

Let’s start with the most obvious: Bennett’s a career politician who’s been soaking the D.C. swamp stink since 2009. This guy’s so entrenched in the liberal echo chamber that he probably thinks a “range” is something you adjust on a thermostat, not the wide-open beauty next to the Rockies. His record shrieks of big-government progressives pushing for endless spending, climate agendas that kneecap our energy industry, and healthcare schemes that sound like socialism with extra steps. Colorado’s conservatives know we don’t need a governor who’d complete the Polis California 2.0 project.

And don’t get me started on his “pragmatic” shtick. Bennett loves to play the moderate, but it’s a mask thinner than toilet paper at the Motel 6. He voted for Biden’s trillion-dollar boondoggles and backed every woke priority that came down the pike. Want proof? He’s been a cheerleader for policies that prioritize illegal aliens over hardworking Coloradans because nothing says “serving the people,” like ignoring the border crisis while our county and state burns.

Then there’s his spine or lack thereof. This is the guy who flirted with a presidential run in 2022, only to slink back to his hole when the spotlight got too hot. Now, he wants to lead Colorado? Pleazeeee. We need a governor with conservative guts (like Greg Lopez, hint hint, wink wink), not a weather vane who bends with every liberal breeze. Bennett would stroll into office with his posse of aides, ready to shove more mandates down our throats while lecturing us about “opportunity” from his ivory tower.

Colorado conservatives, from Parker to the plains, see through this farce. Bennett as governor would be a disaster, a progressive puppet dancing to the tune of coastal elites. We deserve better than a recycled trash senator who’d sell out our values faster than you can say “legalized weed.”

In Colorado, this is a very true statement:

the people who count the votes do."

Elon Musk’s February Smackdown:

Draining the Swamp, One Dollar at a Time

Alright, Colorado Patriots. February 2025 has been a wild ride with Elon Musk, that mad genius with a Twitter trigger finger and a bank account the size of Mars, who has been swinging a wrecking ball through the taxpayer-funded swamp. If you thought the man was just here to launch rockets and memes, think again: he’s ripping out the left’s heart right from their chest as they watch him do it, and he’s not apologizing.

Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) stormed the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) like a pack of Red Bull pit bulls this month. What’s USAID, you ask? Oh, just a $40 billion slush fund that’s been masquerading as “American influence” since 1961, only to devolve into a piggy bank for every blue-haired activist’s pet project, think green energy fairy tales and gender ideology workshops for Third World goat herders. Musk, tapped by Trump to slash the fat, sent his crew of efficiency ninjas (Big Balls, yes that is a DOGE employee’s handle) into USAID’s D.C. lair. The result? A firefight with Democrats so loud you could hear the DC shrieks in Anchorage.

Picture this: Musk’s team, armed with laptops and a disdain for bureaucratic nonsense, waltzed in to audit this bloated beast. Democrats clutched their chest, wailing about “global leadership” while conveniently forgetting how much of that $40 billion ends up funding their pals’ private jets and DEI seminars. Musk didn’t blink. He’s not here to play nice with the swamp creatures who’ve been siphoning our tax dollars to push left-wing fan fiction overseas. Nope, he’s here to cut, and cut deep.

For us in Colorado, this is personal. We’re not some coastal elite playground, we’re hardworking folks tired of seeing our money funneled into a blue pipeline that props up the same clowns who lecture us about pronouns and carbon footprints. Musk’s February rampage is a double middle finger to that machine, and I’m here for it. So raise a glass, this is what draining the swamp looks like, and it’s about damn time. Let’s hope Musk keeps the pedal down and the sarcasm high. The left’s tears are just the cherry on top.

Trump’s February Frenzy: Tariffs, Tantrums, and

Tossing Zelinsky Out on His Ukrainian Rear

Well, folks, February has come and gone, and President Trump has been tearing through it like a man possessed, or maybe just a man who’s finally had enough of the world’s nonsense. For all you fine patriots in Douglas County and across Colorado, let’s break down the Don’s latest adventures with the kind of clarity and sarcasm you’d expect from yours truly. Spoiler alert: it ends with DJT giving Ukraine’s Zelinsky a well-deserved boot to the curb.

First off, Trump kicked things into gear by slapping tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and China faster than you can say “build the wall.” They bucketed to his demands faster than you can blink. We’re talking about a bold move to choke out the fentanyl flood, human trafficking, and illegal alien invasion and save American jobs. Then, he swung his executive pen like a broadsword, slashing through global health fluff and boosting fossil fuels over the climate cult’s sacred windmills. Giving the big middle finger to the green agenda, sounds like a conservative Christmas in February.

But the real fireworks popped off when Trump welcomed, or rather, tolerated, Zelinsky in the Oval Office. This guy’s been guzzling U.S. aid like it’s vodka at a Kiev rave, and what does he give back? A shrug and a smirk. Trump, being the no-nonsense legend he is, called him out: “You’re not even pretending to be grateful, pal.” The meeting turned into a verbal cage match, and when Zelinsky dared to diss the United States, Trump said, “Enough.” He axed the press conference, sent Zelensky packing, and basically told him to cry to Europe’s bleeding hearts instead. Cue the liberal tears and European whining, but here in Colorado, we’re cheering.

This, my friends, is Trump unfiltered: protecting our economy, torching bureaucratic nonsense, and refusing to let some ungrateful foreign leech spit on Old Glory. Zelinsky thought he could waltz in and trash-talk us? Nah, son, you just got curb-stomped by the Don. America’s back, and we’re done playing nice with freeloaders. Deal with it.

Quality Grassroots Conservative News and Opinion:

Where you want it, when you want it.

What is "We The People Network" all about? This is where the Real Grassroots Conservative Patriots roast Libtards and RINO’s!

Hey there, freedom lovers and truth seekers! You've stumbled upon "We the People Network," the digital campfire around which the true grassroots conservatives of Parker, Douglas County, Colorado, and our great Nation gather to warm their hands to the flames of liberty.

Are you tired of the same old song and dance from the UniParty and establishment media, where the story never changes, and the tune is always "more of the same"? Well, pull up your folding chair because we're here to change that up with some good old-fashioned grassroots conservative passion!

Here at "We the People Network," we're not just conservative, we're grassroots conservatively “conservative.” We believe in calling out the Left and just as much the UniParty, Establishment Republicans, and those pesky RINO’s faster than you can say "taxation is theft."

What's on the menu, you ask? A hearty helping of news, opinion, and a side of sarcasm, all served fresh. We're serving up stories that the mainstream media wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole unless, of course, they could use it to prop up their narratives.

Our mission? To embolden you, the backbone of America, with the truth bombs that'll make you the most interesting person at any gathering or, more importantly, at the voting booth. We're here also to support those brave souls running for Republican office who actually remember what the Constitution looks like.

Think of us as your one-stop shop for:

  • News: The kind that doesn't make you feel like you're being sold swampland in Washington, DC.
  • Opinion: Rants with the sharpness of a skilled surgeon.
  • Activism: Because shouting at your TV only does so much.

Think of us like Turning Point’s rowdy older uncle, who shows up to the family reunion in his pick-up, 12 pack under his arm, a cigar, holding a megaphone. We're here to amplify the grassroots conservative voice, ensuring that "We the People" isn't just a catchy preamble but a living, breathing movement.

So, if you're ready to join the ranks of the informed, the irked, and the outright indignant, welcome aboard. Let's expose some Leftist Progressives, UniParty, Establishment Republicans, RINOs, and those new Trans-Republicans, and support our fellow patriots, and maybe, just maybe, save the republic one click at a time.

that the U.S.A. gives to its people.”

Bobby Knight

So, a question you might have is, “Why Honey Badger”?

Honey Badgers have been described in the Guinness Book of Records as the "most fearless animal in the world" and can even fight off much larger predators like lions and hyenas if challenged. We know the political landscape is filled with hyenas, thus, we need the Honey Badger.

"You may think that I'm a confrontational jerk, and you may be right. But the confrontational jerk community serves an important purpose. No cultural battle can be won or has ever been won anywhere in the world without us.

You need us, whether you like it or not."

RINO Watch Colorado

Mission Statement

RINO Watch Colorado is the voice of grassroots Republicans, and the one-stop resource for news, editorials, websites and podcasts that cut through the Establishment and liberal spin.

We expose RINOs and support grassroots Patriots. We are a collective of grassroots activists.

A RINO is a Republican In Name Only.  Someone who claims to be Republican but whose actions show they have abandoned GOP principles.  RINOs often work in tandem with Democrats to destroy grassroots Republicans.

A note on Deep Space

Are you planning a conservative event and in search of the perfect venue? While there is a minimum spend requirement, this should easily be met with a guest list of 80-100 people. If you're interested, please contact me, and I'll connect you with the owners of Deep Space to discuss further details.

Please note that Parker Conservative meetings are PRIVATE

and for Conservatives ONLY!
