Are you interested in serving as a disaster response volunteer? Would you like to feel more prepared if a natural disaster hit our region, state, or community? You're welcome to attend a Lutheran Early Response Team (LERT) training course at Hope on Saturday, July 10. Basic training in disaster response service, and fundamentals of disaster preparedness, will be covered, along with an introduction to service opportunities at Hope. The session will be 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM, with lunch provided. Cost is $20, and advance registration is required.
Congregational Assembly
Members of Hope are encouraged to participate in a Congregational Assembly on Sunday, June 27 at 2:00 PM. An update on the overall state of our congregation will be shared, along with a financial report and a preview of exciting ministry challenges and opportunities in the months ahead. Please note that the budget for 2021, adopted in January as a two-part financial plan, will not need to be revised for the second half of the year.

Xplore Track Out Camp
Spend school breaks & teacher workdays at a safe, local, Christ-centered camp. A typical day at camp includes opening activities, organized games, crafts, morning and afternoon devotions, a walking field trip to the Smith Creek soccer fields, and time on our basketball court and playground. We strive to show Christ's love in all we do in hopes to teach kids how to share his love with others.
Xplore is open to all rising Kindergarten - 5th graders. To learn more or register, visit www.hopelutheranwf.org/xplore.
Offerings
Every Christian should be guided by these words from Scripture: “Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 8:7). We are truly blessed here at Hope with many cheerful givers! Thanks to all of you who are faithfully making your regular church offerings, whether by mail or electronic giving or in person. Your support of Hope’s ministry is helping to keep our church moving forward, as we proclaim and live the Word and love of Christ.
