This is a responsible executive management position responsible for human resource management, the agency’s data system, accreditation program, and contract management for The House Next Door. This work is performed under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. Supervision is exercised over the HR department, grant writing, and IT department.


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred, or related experience with a minimum of ten years of senior management professional experience, preferably in social services, that includes data information systems, office management, human resource management and experience with client, staff and community resources.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record per carrier guidelines.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and monitor compliance standards for grants, contracts and other agency services.
  • Lead external monitoring by funders.
  • Oversee contract renewals.
  • Serve as administrator for electronic health record system.
  • Develop and oversee agency’s human resource management.
  • Assist in agency budget development.
  • Supervise IT staff to ensure quality of work and management of program budget.
  • Manage functions related to the agency’s Performance and Quality Improvement plan and accreditation standards.
  • Serve as back up for CEO.
  • Oversee functions related to the agency’s physical plant.

  • Security Coordinator


Full-Time Position

$83,200 - $104,000 Annual Salary Range
