We are proud to celebrate Bristol Place Senior Residences, the latest milestone in the revitalization of the historic Bristol Park neighborhood! This welcoming new community offers 60 modern, affordable apartments for adults ages 62 and older, including 45 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom homes. At a time when housing costs continue to rise, we are especially proud that 50 apartments are supported by Housing Choice Vouchers from the Housing Authority of Champaign County, allowing eligible residents to pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income toward rent.
