The Housing Authority of Champaign County's 2024 Annual Report

About the HACC 2024 Annual Report

The HACC 2024 Annual Report is a document prepared to deliver relevant information to all its community shareholders. This report explores our devotion to the HACC mission and impact, development implementation, and resident services. This report also contains its 2024 budget allocation and financial impact. We wanted to make sure that this report highlights our challenges and opportunities encountered throughout 2024. Meet our Executive Director and Board of Commissioners, take a look at our Housing Choice Voucher Program, and see what we have accomplished this past year, not only for our residents but for the community. It also includes our residential demographics and developments in the past year. Lastly, you will see the wonderful results of HACC's YouthBuild Program.

NAHRO 2025 Detroit Conference

Last week, representatives from our Executive, Finance, Youthbuild, and MTW teams attended NAHRO Detroit 2025. This premier event convened housing and community development professionals from across the region, providing a valuable opportunity to network, collaborate, and exchange innovative solutions.
