2025 YouthBuild Fall Graduation

We are thrilled to announce that we proudly celebrated the graduation of our YouthBuild Fall Class of 2025 on Saturday, November 8th! We are incredibly impressed by the dedication and hard work each of these individuals has demonstrated over the past six months. Congratulations to our dedicated graduates! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our inspiring guest speaker, Andre Critteden, and to our Valedictorian, Tamara Bell, for their uplifting words. We are excited to witness the bright futures ahead! Congratulations to the entire YouthBuild Class of 2025!

HACC Volunteers at Feed My Starving Children

On November 17th, the HACC team volunteered at Feed My Starving Children, helping pack 114 boxes containing 24,624 meals to support children in need around the world.

Thanksgiving Baskets!

On November 24th, HACC brought and hand delivered Thanksgiving Feast bags to a dozen Oakwood Trace and Douglass Square residents.

We held our annual Thanksgiving with our senior residents! Great food, lots of laughs, and so many familiar faces that made the night extra special. Grateful for moments like these and the joy this community brings!

Families at HACC's SHIFT Program have an opportunity to earn up to $34,000!

The HUD FSS Program empowers families to achieve financial independence. By offering financial incentives, case management, and supportive services, it helps participants increase their income, save for future goals, and break out of the cycle of poverty. Through this program, families can gain the tools and resources needed to build a brighter future for themselves.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Landlord Incentives & Tenant Supportive Services Updates

The Federal Government shutdown ended on November 13, 2025. HACC is working closely with HUD as they resume operations related to the disbursement of funds.

Effective November 17, 2025, we are resuming landlord incentive payments and supportive service payments. Please allow time for us to review requests and issue disbursements accordingly.

We appreciate your patience during this interruption and value your partnership in supporting safe, stable housing and essential services for families in our community.

HACC WILL BE CLOSED CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, AND NEW YEARS DAY.
