"The HHI is an excellent resource! The small class size and hands on approach was invaluable and not offered anywhere else. We were impressed with the program managers knowledge and the premade, customizable materials and plan. Something unexpected was the depth of training on stunner maintenance and cleaning, loved it!"

- Jenny and Travis, The Meat Block
