November 03, 2025 / Robert S. Hyer Elementary School

Can you believe October has ended and we are just 6 weeks away from completing the first semester?! Wow! This cooler weather is a welcome change from the warm days that lingered this year; it finally feels like fall.

A big shout-out to our Dads Club and cafeteria volunteers for bringing so much joy to students and staff Friday, by embracing Halloween and dressing up to greet students during carpool, and serve lunch in the cafeteria. What fun!

We have an exciting few weeks ahead at Hyer. Our children are excited to participate in some special activities including Dads & Sons donuts, the 2nd grade performance, and our second Turkey Trot. Our 1st and 3rd graders will take the CogAT test November 10-12th.

Have a wonderful week and thank you for your involvement in our school!

Respectfully,

Debbie
