Our theme for this year is connection, and the ILS publications are one of the most important ways we stay connected as a Section. Through the International Law Quarterly, the ILS Deskbook, and the weekly ILS Gazette, we share knowledge, highlight our members’ work, and provide practical resources for lawyers whose practices cross borders, industries, and legal systems.
I am delighted to share that the Spring 2026 edition of the International Law Quarterly (“Focus on Compliance”), is now available. Congratulations to Jennifer Mosquera, Editor-in-Chief of the ILQ, and to the entire editorial team and contributing authors on another excellent issue. The ILQ editors are also soliciting articles for the Fall 2026 edition, which will focus on “High Net Worth Disputes in International Law,” along with other international law themes. Members interested in contributing should submit a short statement of interest to Jennifer Mosquera, at jmosquera@sequorlaw.com. Drafts are due by July 31, 2026, and space is limited, so get your article proposals in today!
I also want to highlight the International Law Deskbook 2026 (Second Edition), an authoritative, practice-focused guide published earlier this year by the ILS.
