March Madness is almost over!

Here’s how the tournament will work: Our goal is occupancy - teams with the largest % occupancy growth by month-end are in the final bracket!

Many things contribute to maintaining & increasing occupancy: Lead conversion (lead to tour) to high closing ratios (tour to application) and securing that lease all are players in this game.

Each week this month we will feature top performers throughout the company in various areas throughout the leasing process. We'll be looking at the following categories:
  • Top Community First Conversion - Lead to Tour (appointment)
  • Top Leasing Professional - Lead to Tour
  • Properties with most applications for the week
  • Current Occupancy rankings
  • Occupancy growth stats to keep us on track

Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee is looking for new members! This is open to all members of the IRTeam from communities and corporate offices. If you have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, we strongly encourage you to apply!

To be considered for the committee, submit a personal statement (no more than 1-page) expressing why you are interested in joining and explaining how your participation on the committee will be beneficial to IRT. It's your best shot!

Have you submitted your proof of vaccination yet? While we do not require vaccination, we strongly encourage it. Submit your proof of full vaccination (Moderna or Pfizer - two completed shots, or Johnson & Johnson - one completed shot) to [email protected] or by clicking below. We'll keep you updated on how booster shots impact vaccination status and pending OSHA updates as we learn more.
