A Message from the CEO...
I wrote an article yesterday entitled, “No One Goes to Chucky Cheese for the Pizza.”
I don’t think I’ve ever had Chucky Cheese pizza, but I’m pretty sure people go there for the experience. The kids want the fun, and fun will be delivered.

I heard a speaker say once that in today’s healthcare, quality should be a given; essentially, if you (a healthcare institution) aren’t providing good, quality care, you probably won’t last. I agree. So that leaves other things - service, atmosphere, location, and so on.
We'd like to take this time to sincerely Thank You for the opportunity to care for you and your loved ones during these challenging times.

We thank you for doing your part to help us provide the safest possible care for everyone. The safety, health, and well-being of our patients will continue to be our top priority.

Providing exceptional medical care to our communities is our pleasure, each and every day!
Collaboration with
Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA)
Our infusion rooms are completed, and we have already begun
to treat oncology patients. Through our partnership with
Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), Chicago,
we are proud to bring advanced oncology options to our community.
March is National Nutrition Month
This year’s National Nutrition Month theme is "Celebrate a World of Flavors."
Celebrating flavors from cultures around the world is a tasty way to nourish ourselves and appreciate our diversity. We are all unique with different bodies, goals, backgrounds and tastes!

Some of the ways that you can include variety in your diet to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle are:
1. Eat a variety of nutritious food.

2. See a Registered Dietitian.

3. Plan your meals and snacks.

4. Create tasty foods at home.

5. Put it all together!
A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist can help you create healthy habits that introduce you to new foods and flavors. They can also:
  • Assess your nutrition status,
  • Provide individualized nutrition education for a variety of health concerns,
  • Develop and work with you to set a plan for attaining your nutrition goals,
  • And more!
Patient Safety Awareness Week

Severe Weather Preparedness Week in Iowa - March 21-25, 2022
Statewide Severe Weather Preparedness/Awareness Weeks
are an opportunity to increase awareness of and response to
severe weather hazards. They're scheduled throughout the Spring,
targeting a time before the spring severe weather season begins.

Iowa recognizes this week during March 21st - 25th.

Many areas conduct a tornado drill during this time,
when test tornado warnings are issued at a predetermined time.
